Met Cheena outside of the spa and she recommended a prenatal massage. Had my first appointment with her today and did not regret it! So relaxing! She is very caring and had great recommendations for me being a mommy to be. Will definitely be going back!

Very uninviting and just weird energy here. Also, since I'm a minor, and a guardian had to be sitting in the waiting room while I got my massage, my mom's girlfriend (partner) came to sit. My mom even called beforehand to make sure this was okay. The front desk ladies were super sweet and said it was totally okay. My MT was super standoffish and had an attitude with ME because my guardian was late due to work. Kept asking if she was always late to things, etc. After the massage, while she was walking me back to the waiting room, she stopped me in the hallway and told me that next time I need my mother there because it's a state law. I told her that the woman who was there with me IS also my guardian and that the receptionists even confirmed that it was okay. She still had an attitude and told me that it wasn't okay. The massage was fine, though.

Cheena is absolutely amazing! As a mother of four who has devoted the last 15 years to my children, I rarely take time for myself. For an early Christmas gift, my husband encouraged me to visit Hand & Stone, which initially made me anxious because I'm always on the go. However, from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, without any pressure or excessive questions. The highlight of my visit was the incredible massage from Cheena, who was kind and attentive. It was exactly what I needed, and her talent left me feeling rejuvenated. I am so grateful for Cheena and the wonderful experience, and I'm looking forward to bringing my family back with me. Thank you, Hand & Stone, and thank you, Cheena!

Massages with Cheena and facials with Malia are life changing! I’ve been going here a short time but can highly recommend it. After one massage with Cheena I felt like a changed person (as someone with chronic pain) and immediately opted into the membership. She recently recommended trying a facial with Malia and it was also a great decision! Everyone so far has been very personable and the atmosphere is great. Despite only knowing everyone for a short time it feels like an individual experience each time. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve been given lifestyle recommendations (either to help with pain or other concerns), so it feels like there’s true knowledge and compassion behind the care you’re getting. This is now a non-negotiable part of my self care!

The manager, Stetson, has the upmost customer service and the best communication my husband and I have had with a manager regarding our concerns. Before even calling us, he had a plan to make things right and was greatly respectful in conveying it. Keep him around!!

I had my first visit to Hand and Stone and the experience was wonderful starting at check in up to walking out of the door. The facility was very nice and clean and every person I spoke with was so very sweet and accommodating. I felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire visit. I will be going back very soon!

This place has completely lost my trust as a customer, and I will never book outside of my preferred therapist again. About a year ago, I had an incident where I was left absolutely traumatized by my massage, due to the therapist. A manager never reached out to me then, so hopefully by leaving this review someone will contact me this time. Because of the previous incident, there was supposed to be a note in my file that I was NOT to be seen by one of the therapists. Over a year has passed, and I wanted to book a couples massage for my birthday. I do not remember the name of the therapist, and from over a year ago, and do not remember exactly what she looked like. My preferred therapist was not available for my birthday, so I trusted the receptionists at Hand and Stone to book me with a similar provider. They booked me with the therapist that left me traumatized, violated, and sobbing after the appointment- the person that was supposed to be in my file explicitly stating I was not to be seen by this therapist- and to my surprise when I left crying again, and complained to the receptionist- there was NO NOTE. When both providers stepped out of the room, I asked my husband if he recognized her from the previous incident because she looked familiar but not in a good way. He unfortunately did not recognize her, and so I proceeded in hopes to have a relaxing massage for my birthday. I wish I hadn’t. I wish I had taken action or asked to go to the bathroom. For half of the massage, the button is not accessible. The room was freezing, I was extremely uncomfortable, I did not want to be rude or disturb my husband. I realized about 10 mins in that it was the same therapist, raking my skin with her knuckles, rocking and pulling at my body, and lastly, touching below where is acceptable on my chest (accidentally), but unmistakably so, at the very end of the massage. I am absolutely horrified. I do not think this person is qualified to be a massage therapist, to be seen by anyone.

Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Cheena!! This angel of a woman has ruined all other massage therapists for me. She has been caring for clients for 32 years, and it shows. She always goes above and beyond to make me comfortable and really help me feel better. She is a true gem of a human and phenomenal at her craft.

Cheena Cheena Cheena. What can I say about her to make you guys understand just how amazing she is. I have had tons of massages in my life and never have I ever had a better massage than i do with cheena. She is literally like an angel. If you have back pain or neck pain she will make it her personal mission to locate and destroy that pain. And she can take out knots without it feeling painful. She is a real life magician! I think there is a book written about her. You might have heard of it. It's called The Bible. Hands down the best massage therapist in the world I simply don't see how it could get better than her

Cheena was AMAZING! I've had around 35-40 messages ranging from prenatal, to physical therapy, to relaxation, and she was by far the BEST! She knows and understands the body and what is needs to heal! Also, if you want to know why she is doing something she explains it in such a way it's easy to understand and you don't feel intimidated to ask. HIGHLY recommend!!

Love this location!! The front desk is always so kind and welcoming. Paris gives incredible facials and skincare services. She was able to hook me up with a set of products that have helped my acne tremendously. Colin was extremely professional and skillful throughout my massage. He was able to apply just enough pressure to help me, without crushing me! Looking forward to my next visit (-: can’t recommend this place enough

My esthetician is second to none! As I told them, they need to give her a raise because she truly is what makes me come back. I have other spas in the area I want to give a try. But those other places don't have Danielle! My face is glowing today, as I knew it would be from the first time 4 years ago when she saved my face for an important wedding. She's still doing a great job.

I had a massage today that was not satisfactory. You fill out paperwork prior to the massage with a specific question asking if it is okay to have your glutes massaged. I said absolutely. The MT was very nice but I felt inexperienced. She also asked what I wanted and I said full body. It wasn't until almost the end of my massage and I asked if I could have my glutes massaged. She said we have a few minutes left but sure. It probably was about 10 minutes. I felt like what was communicated was not heard. Will I return, probably not. I felt like I did not get my money's worth.

This was my first time going here and my experience was great! I had Brandy for my masseuse and she did an Amazing job! The atmosphere was really nice and relaxing as well. I enjoyed it enough to sign up for a membership. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful with getting me set up and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend this place

Cheena! I can't say enough! Where have you been all my life. Every time I have had a massage I thought they were excellent, until I met you. You have been raised above all others. And I loved our conversation. Thank you for all the information and the wonderful massage. She worked out all the knots in one massage. I'll be coming back because these knots do too. Most massage therapists say they can't work the knots out in one session, but maybe it's just them that can't because this small woman did more than I've had done before. I couldn't believe that was just an hour. It felt longer with all she did. Amazing! I just can't say enough about her.

I have been a member since 2020 - and overall always had a great experience with all therapists I've had treatment with but decided to leave this review to Cheena because she is hands down one of the most amazing therapists I've ever had anywhere. She just feels how your body responds to the massage and adjust accordingly. It is simply amazing! You leave relaxed and looking forward to come back.

My husband surprised me with a massage here for our anniversary. He booked with Cheena based off of her reviews, and she was EXCEPTIONAL!! I’ve never had a better massage. She was very knowledgeable and highly skilled (as well as very sweet). I highly recommend booking here (in general) and with Cheena!!
