Went one time, the massage was great. No big sales pressure. However, I did sign up for the Black Friday BOGO promo. When I called to set up my appointment after receiving an email from them, I somehow got double booked and also double charged. We called them immediately regarding the error. This all took place in October. To date, after being promised a refund by their area manager, we have not been given our money back. Please stay far away from this place. I should have read the reviews before I booked a massage for me and my daughter. We will be pursuing this matter, legally if necessary, but as of now we are out $250. UPDATE: we did finally receive a refund after many phone calls. Will not return, advise against doing business with them.

I have had a membership for 2 ish years now and it had been pretty good until today. I am 4 months postpartum and was able to schedule for a facial. Sadly my babysitter fell through which ment I had to reschedule the appointment. Come my appointment day I was driving to my appointment and I get a flat tire... I now have to deal with a flat tire. I'm on the side of the road dealing with this situation and I get a call from hand foot and stone. I tell them the situation and I am met with extrem rudeness. The manager told me that I need to call if I plan to not show up...I explain that I'm am very sorry that I did not call sooner but I just got a flat tire.... I was still told I need to call sooner and that some else could have had my appointment if I planned ahead....I was also told this is the 2nd time I have "done this." Not to mention her tone was super unprofessional and rude. I understand where I am in the wrong but when I am trying my best and was on the way to the appointment when I physically could not continue to get to the appointment should not be met with complete disrespect. I will not be taking my business here anymore. All I wanted was to relax after finally being able to have some free time to myself after just having my 1st baby.

I have been a member of Hand & Stone for many years and have nothing but positive things to say. My massage therapist Kristen has been life changing for my body as someone who deals with orthopedic concerns. Her approach is very attentive to not only what my body needs at the moment to repair, but also helps ensure I have education on what my body needs to keep my activity goals. Her process is helping me in the longterm! I also love that I can gain more points through this membership to apply to periodic facials and Aimee has been amazing and equally increasing my education on skincare. I owe them both for helping me age in the best shape I can.

I have just been severely disrespected by a Hand and Stone spa, Noblesville location, employee. I had a membership for at least a year. After eight or nine months of not being able to go to the spa due to my work schedule, I canceled my membership. I was told that I had 90 days to transfer the credits that I had accrued and I could only transfer three. Today I called to transfer one to my sister who was possibly interested in a massage membership. The person I spoke to was extremely rude. She told me that my account had been suspended due to nonpayment. I tried to explain to her that I don’t understand how it was suspended due to nonpayment when I called to cancel. She explained to me that I should have filled out a form.; however, no one told me to fill out form. So I have been under the assumption for the past months that my membership was canceled as I requested. As she became more and more combative and rude with me, I told her that it was not her fault or my fault that someone did not cancel my membership appropriately. However, I wanted to speak to someone who could rectify the situation since she said she couldn’t. She refused to give me a managers name, she refused to give me her name, and then she hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me three additional times. She then had someone answer the phone and place me on hold-I was left on hold. I am dumbfounded by the lack of professionalism and respect that I experienced this evening from tonight’s employee. I do not know her name however I assume she is a lead person or an assistant manager since she told me someone higher in leadership would be in the next day. Her unprofessionalism is sad-especially since there are some really good massage therapist there are depending on her to schedule appointments.

Kristen is awesome!! She is always good to ask where I need the most work each time I visit. She verifies if she’s using enough/too much pressure. I’m sure she could do the basic relaxing massage, but I usually have some trouble areas and need more of a therapeutic massage and she does a good job. She has certifications in several techniques as well. Thanks Kristin!

Bought the Mother's day special. My spouse went to use the card and they made her pay $50 more to get her massage. They use false advertising.

Received a massage for Mother’s Day. Phone call went great I was excited to get started. My therapist talked during the massage which I couldn’t relax. It was for a full body and the never massaged the fronts of my legs. At check out the receptionist told me I would of had to sign a waiver for a man to massage fronts of my legs but still wanted to charge me for a full body when in fact that didn’t happen. Made no sense .

5/5!!! I and my husband absolutely love this Hand & Stone. We move around the U.S. a lot & one of the first places we look for in a new city is a Hand & Stone. The Noblesville location has been one of the best ones we've visited so far! The front desk staff and massage therapist, Pamela & Kristen, are amazing! They are always so kind and helpful, and willing to adjust the pressure if you ask. The location is clean, relaxing, and just what we need for a peaceful spa day to relieve tension from exercise & work.

Best massage I’ve ever had in my life, kris is amazing. Best facial and company I’ve ever had with abi. I 100 percent was excited to go back regularly for a massage. However, they messed up on the management end. Long story short, I called in for our gift card today it was a special for a couples retreat, two massages two facials. I verified the gift card on the phone, everything went so smooth. Get there, everything is still smooth. All done, and go to pay for my add ons… the manager knew before she even told me what was owed that It wasnt going to be what I thought it was going to. She told us she did us a favor and gave us a massage free but we needed to pay for facials. Why in the world would no one have said on the phone or when we arrived “just so you know, your certificate is going to cover one massage, do you still want to proceed” which also, why would anyone pay $200 for one massage. That’s not at all what it said when we bought it. At the end of the day, we loved the service and we weren’t trying to get anything free. It’s just what we thought was included and had we known, we would have just gotten massages. A facial was just a cherry on top - so make sure you ask about your gift cards before you walk back there.

First time! Great full body massage. Gift card from my daughter. You stop at checkout counter after your appointment and surprise! They upsell you! Not ready for that! I honestly didn't know what to expect. It was my first massage. I even called to schedule. No one asked of I'd been there before, or even tell me a price.

My fiancée surprised me with monthly massages thanks to Hand & Stone! I like that they have a membership plan as you’re able to save and take advantage of free services as well! I appreciate their friendly service as well as their firm massages as they make sure to meet your needs and focus on any problem areas you have. It’s a calm atmosphere, it’s clean, provides various spa services, and it always smells so nice! I feel overwhelming relaxed upon exiting and look forward to my next visit! Nothing like a massage for your self care and overall health! I would recommend them to anyone I know!

My massage itself was.. ok. But my therapist talked the entire time I was being massaged. She actually talked so much sometimes that she quit massaging. :( I also was not taken back to my room until 10:04am, then I was given a few minutes to undress, at the end I was given a few minutes to get dressed, and I was back in my car after my massage by 11:00am. I would go elsewhere for another massage. It was not worth the money I paid.

Not that impressed with my facial. It was not an hour long. The person conducting the facial talked the whole time. Once the facial was over as I was checking out the end goal was to upgrade me to their monthly subscription. I also paid extra for the hydro facial and microdermabrasion but only got one of those services. All together I paid $140. Was not worth it.

This was my first professional experience having a massage session done. I just have to say Rachael, my massage therapist was absolutely phenomenal. Rachael’s energy was warm, inviting and comforting. She spoke w knowledge and experience. She asks the right questions to help ease any anxiety and find what my needs were in this session.. because of her I will be returning soon. Thank you again Rachael. What g great place. Team is amazing. I took my daughter here for her birthday and we both got one hour long massages. Came out feeling refreshed and relaxed. Will probably opt for the membership. See ya soon
