I went in to relax and get a basic massage however, the masseuse wouldn’t stop talking to me about potential ailments I could have because I had a bruise on my leg. I was not able to relax and felt this was a waste of my time and money. Also I feel it was unprofessional for her to try and diagnose me when she is not a doctor and I didn’t ask for a diagnostic.

I’ve been very fortunate to have experienced many wonderful facials over the years. I just had the best facial I’ve ever had with a kind, professional, caring soul named Rachel at Hand and Stone. Five Stars for Rachel. I also had a magnificent massage with Jordan. She has a perfect touch and certainly knows how to make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Five stars for Jordan, too. This Hand and Stone location is run very well…clean, comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just had a massage with Ben - he was so kind, communicative, caring, and a great listener. He respected my concerns and gave me a wonderful massage. 10 out of 10 recommend - so much so that I even signed up for the monthly subscription 😂

Came here for a post birthday relaxing massage and Nicole was the absolute best! Her and the lady at the front desk were beyond kind and welcoming. I felt taken care of from the get go! Excited to go back again soon.

I don’t think I will get another facial here I went to clear my black heads and some black heads left on my face😟😟 I was expecting more than just putting masks on .paid and upgraded and it was just for another mask.. I can do that at home . And the massage very expensive in other places is an hour for less $ here 50 min and the worst massage I had it was like he was just coursing so soft…🤨😏 I ask to do it deeper but he was like tired… They have a promotion price for first time customers and but I was charged full price. I don’t think I will go back or recommend this place.

I’ve seen Dulcie for about a year now and I can’t say enough great things about her. She is such a great person and nothing short than AMAZING masseuse. I struggle with back pain associated to my work and taking care of my young daughter. Dulcie picked up on my trouble-areas super quick and knows exactly how to relive the pain. Thank you Dulcie!

Jai is the best!!! Having received massage on a bi-weekly basis for over 15 years, I can tell you that Jai is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. He is incredibly gifted in the art of massage. Some days I need deep work and others I just want to relax; he always does what I ask. Far too many massage therapists talk the entire massage and I’m there for therapy and to relax, not talk and Jai understands this. He also DOESN’T have a routine; his massages are always different and I credit that to his intuitive ability to feel what my body needs. I probably shouldn’t write this review as it’s already difficult to get in to see him, but he deserves credit for his mad skills. Hey Hand and Stone, give this guy a raise so you don’t ever lose him! Love you Jai! You’ll be my therapist forever!

Average. Nothing great and you feel you are being rushed. A little pricy and they don't give you full time in treatment. I only had 45 minutes. Including time taken away for getting undressed.

Nichole was very good! I upgraded with the mini hot stones as well. I'd return, but likely won't because I don't like having memberships to massage therapy centers as I don't really go often enough. But I recommend this place if you are looking for some place new.

If you’re looking for firm pressure when it comes to massages, absolutely see Jakob. I’ve gotten 2 massages by him so far and both times they were amazing! When it comes to facials, book with Meg. I was so relaxed after my facial and my skin looks fantastic! Thank you both! I can’t wait to go back.

Dulcie is an amazing Therpaist! I have been going here for years and recently saw her for the first time-I’m so glad I did. After our first session she recommended cupping. I had heard of it but never considered it as I thought it was just for professional athletes. I added cupping to my massage and it was amazing. I I usually feel a lot better after a massage like say I’ll go and feeling like a two and walk out feeling like a five or six while with copying I walked out feeling like a ten. Amazing. Try it. Ask for Dulcie.

I have been coming to this location for about 4 years. I really like Karissa and have only had her do my facials the whole time. My skin looks amazing compared to how I looked before I started going. I get a lot of compliments from my friends on how well my skin looks. Cory was my favorite massage therapist, but she left, would like to find someone there similar in technique. Prices have gone up since I started but I'm still a happy patron as long as Karissa is there.

I would like to say that Dulce did an amazing job and April was nice. I do have an issue that if a client cancels in less than 24 hours they get charged a fee which is fair BUT when the company cancels on a client in 1.5 hours before their service as they were less than 4 minutes away that there is no consideration for the client. It doesn’t matter the reason as I am sure it doesn’t matter the clients cancellation reason. I had a massage and facial booked back to back and the facial was cancelled. I understand people get sick but poor business for retention of new clients to not offer some reconciliation. I received this as a gift and was excited to find a new place….The search continues.

They signed me up for the monthly membership without me filling out any paperwork or signing anything consenting. When I was charged I called and they wouldn’t refund me the money and told me s credit will loaded to my account for the services. When I went to use the credit that was on my account it was “expired” because nobody told me I had a time limit. When asked if I Can at least use the credit, on my account from the charge of the $70 (the charge i never agreed to and could never get my money back) they didn’t even give me a call, a manager emailed me basically stating that was not happening but if I wanted to sign up for the membership that is still available or I would have to pay retail prices of the services. I was planning on ACTUALLY signing up for the membership after my appt, but I Will never go to a Hand and Stone again because of the way customers are treated at this location.
