I thoroughly enjoyed every massage I've received from Hand and Stone Massage. The facility is beautiful and inviting, and a serene atmosphere and attentive staff make the time even more special. The massage therapist really listens to your needs to make sure each massage is exactly what you need to feel your absolute best. They offer facials and other services. I highly recommend checking them out.

Tiffany helped my neck out so much! She is super talented, relieved my intense neck pain and headache. I am super grateful to her tonight. Very sweet and kind as well. I would highly recommend her if you need a deep tissue massage. 5 stars all the way.

I love having a membership to this place. It makes me put self-care as a priority. I’ve had facials from both McKensie and Emily, and they are both fantastic. There’s no high-pressure sales to buy the products but there’s always a great education on how to care for your skin. I have only done the facials. I have not had a massage there. But I will continue to return month after month.

All the girls here are wonderful! It’s a relaxing and clean atmosphere. I would like to highlight Pritti who is a very hard worker, who is extremely knowledgeable about muscles, sciatica, and all sorts of remedies. She does really good deep tissue and medicine massage for anyone who is in pain. So lucky to have found her!

One of the worst costumer service I have ever received. I called a week ahead spoke with the spa manager, made an appointment, even received their consent form in email. The day of my appointment their front desk staff could not find my name in the system and she kept saying that this means you never spoke to us! She did not apologize, never offered to at least find another availability for me. She was very rude to work at a spa place. All I needed was apology for the mistake that was made on their end and someone who was willing to make me another appointment in future days. She said I will have my manager call you, never received that call…. This was a very disappointing experience.

On February 8, we where invited by my sister for a massage, she had credits to be used towards the treatment and she schedule a week in advance and spoke couple times to make sure of our credits and purchase more massages for other members of my family, Five minutes before our massages they said the could not unlock the credits and that we needed to pay for the services again. There we are five people waiting and they could not sort it out. Time passed, we also called the owner and she did nothing. We were treated really bad by an African-American masseuse and the person at the front desk. It was a nightmare worse experience at a spa. So for obvious reasons we would never recommend this place. And further more, they used the credits to pay there employees and we never got our services.

Had a Groupon for massage n hot sauna. Hot sauna was really good as no interaction n u get right into ur hot sauna privacy n relax. Massage was slightly off bit. Masseur was listening well, but didn't experience the right spots were hit. I like little hard or deep tissue type massage but after conveying sme there were no actions taken, hence deducted one star. Overall experience was decent, friendly or responsive staff might at some delay when super busy but not too shabby. Regards Ishan

I was not impressed with my masseuse at all. He seemed more annoyed that my neck was the only area i needed him to work on. There was some relaxation techniques that helped, but my neck felt work by that evening. I will probably never go back there again.

If I could negative star this place I would. Not only did Amber call me 15 mins before mine and my fiancé’s appointment as we were driving over and informed us that an appt we made 5 days prior all of a sudden could not accommodate the fact that I needed a prenatal massage. She proceeded to tell me the only thing she could do is reschedule my appt. When I asked if there was a way she could switch my therapist with someone that does she then told me there wasn’t anyone there today that did them, then when I asked if I reschedule would they comp my massage since we had 2 facials and 2 90 min massages that are being cancelled last minute. She then told me that they could accommodate me today if I change my massage to a 60 min instead of a 90 min, when I ask her why am I able to be accommodated for a 60 min but not a 90 min she tells me not to be rude when I’m obviously seeking clarification. I then ask her name and ask if the owner or manager can call me she says sure and hangs up on me. Not only is she the one that’s rude but definitely unprofessional. disappointed because we were we looking forward to our spa day. Stay clear of this place until they could find someone that could manage the front properly. Update: it’s interesting how the owner gives me their info to follow up about the incident and when I email them I still don’t get a response. Great customer service all around apparently 🙄

Aly is seriously so talented and knowledgeable. Best massage I’ve had in my life and I’ve had easily over a hundred massages. She knows the body well and applies the PERFECT amount of pressure. She really listens to what you need too.

Mychelle is fantastic, I had never had a massage before and she explained everything to me and checked in to see if I was comfortable throughout the process! I’ve now gone back 3 more times and will continue to do so! Such a relaxing and calming environment!
