I have had a membership here for a few yrs and everytime I come everyone has been super nice and accommodating. I use a walker and sometimes a cane. They are very knowledgeable about the service and what it does for your skin. 10 out of 10 will always recommend them. The lady I had today Crystal was a 1 stop shop I got a Brazilian wax, facial, and a massage. Her hands for my massage were firm and then gentle right when they needed to be. For my facial she explained what she recommended and what the price would be be for doing anything and let me make the decision if I wanted to move forward with the basic or and something. Some other places don't give you the option they do the service and tell you the price and the end. Here is not like that which is amazing 😍.

Patty was my therapist and she was excellent. You can tell she loves to teach and did a great job on my lower back. She helped me devise a plan going forward. All the staff at the Vineyard location are great.

I called to verify if they accepted “spa finder gift cards” I was assured they did and made my appointment. After the service was provided the front desk could not figure out how to process the card. I was told they would take care of the services but they could not cover the LED light service. I was okay with paying for that specific service and the gratuity. However when I looked at my receipt they had charged me for the full service. I’m upset because it’s not okay to assure a customer that you accept a gift card, even afterwards the manager reassured they accept the gift-cards but at times have difficulty processing them and yet, I was still charged for the services. I was pleasant with my interactions and understanding of the situation. What could have been a great 5 star experience turned into a frustrating and disappointing outcome. Definitely not coming back.

Constantly having lower back pain and dealing with leaving work too late. This place is so convenient with a flexible time to schedule around. The technician did incredible in alleviating my lower back pain. Highly recommend.

Facility is nice and receptionists are helpful and friendly. Massage therapist was kind and professional. Noise control is an issue however…room wasn’t dim enough nor spa music loud enough to drown out outside noise. Very loud commotion/talking/laughter outside of the room-which was not very relaxing. Also, you pay for aromatherapy as an enhancement and you only get to breathe it in for a very brief moment at the beginning and that’s all? Doesn’t seem worth the money if it’s not throughout the massage-just sniff the vial at the beginning? That’s a rip off to be honest. Otherwise again overall good experience but could be better in those regards. It needs to be quiet and peaceful in the rooms…not loud chatter that’s not controlled by front staff.

Calm facility as soon as you enter . You are greeted by polite staff. The facility is clean and all staff members and therapist who have attended me have been sweet. Massage therapist give you full treatment and worth what you pay . I’ve had three different therapist all due to my schedule and all have been very knowledgeable and very informative with their work and give you great advise.

Disappointed because I was looking forward to a great experience. My sweet friend gifted me a massage package since I just completed my chemotherapy for breast cancer. I made the mistake of showing in person to try to reschedule and I didn’t want any rescheduling fees going to my friend. As I’m speaking to the schedulers, some lady comes out of her office, I’m assuming the site manager but never introduced herself, to tell me that I needed a clearance letter from my doctor. I guess I looked like crap with no hair and all, and was so insistent on this letter that she mentioned like three or four times, and she made me feel almost discriminated against. Like I had leprosy or something. I mean, I sign a waiver anyway. Right? I was looking forward to this experience but I guess I’ll go get another spa massage somewhere else.

This place has been mostly wonderful. I have been coming here for a little over a year. I love that it’s feasible with the options to add different services, hot stones, aroma therapy, etc. I also like the atmosphere as the staff has been nice each time I go. The only thing I dislike has been that the therapists I have chosen keep leaving for some reason. This just happened for the 3rd time already, so that is a bummer having to start over again.

I’ve been in San Antonio for almost a year and discovered this place upon moving. The technicians have all been wonderful to me as well as my son. I’ve gotten facials and massages and have been quite satisfied with both. Highly recommend trying this place if you’re looking for a spa “ home”.
