I was sick with RSV this week so rescheduled my appointment to today. I got the confirmation text messages and all and they didn’t have my appointment due to a “glitch” in the system — which they said has happened before. If it’s happened multiple times, I would suggest investing in a new system? Terrible first impression and will not be coming back. Nothing like looking forward to some r&r gifted from one of YOUR members after being down bad all to being told they can get me in some other day. Booo.

I went for a Deep Tissue massage and Sydney sure delivered. Probably the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. She listened to everything I had to say about my pain and its location and she did a phenomenal job attacking those areas. Definitely coming back to see her. Highly recommended 😊

I had a really lovely microdermabrasion and microcurrent session with Cherise. She was lovely, professional, and competent. The treatment left me with a beautiful glow and a lifted face. I felt so good and relaxed afterwards.

Jenna was very friendly at the front desk.I had Cheri give me the full facial. It was so relaxing and feels so good. I haven't had a facial in so long I enjoyed every moment. I will return. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to pamper them self.

Had a lovely facial with Cheri at the Millcreek location! The environment was clean and relaxing from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend adding on the scalp massage to your facial experience. Divine!!

I had a wonderful experience at Hand and Stone! The staff was warm and friendly, offered me tea and water, and made me feel so comfortable. The massage itself was lovely! My masseuse Branden was attentive, respectful, and helped relieve the tension I have in my shoulders from sitting at a desk all day. Definitely recommend a visit here!

My husband and I went to get a couples massage. Before we even got the massage they started on the upsells. 7 in under 90 minutes. If you love upsells this is your place. If your goal is a relaxing experience where they are concerned about your wellbeing you probably need to go somewhere else.

We decided to do a girls spa day today at Hand & Stone massage and Facial today. We were greeted by a very friendly front staff upon entering. I loved the full display of products and candles in the front so we could browse while waiting (we arrived early). The soy candles smell amazing, btw! The place was very clean, including the restroom. We all did massages and facials. My favorite was the facial! It’s a very nice, wide table/chair that you recline in with a comfy blanket and bolster under your legs. I decided to do an upgrade and chose the Diamond Glow. My skin still feels absolutely amazing!!!! It’s so baby-skin soft! When I came out I was greeted with water and free samples of product by my esthetician, which was a super cool surprise. While waiting on one of the other ladies we enjoyed free coconut water and looked through the wide array of products offered. If you are looking for an awesome girls day activity, or mommy-daughter date, I recommend trying out the Hand & stone on brickyard Rd. Very friendly staff and lots of places to shop afterwards right there in the parking lot. I loved it and I’ve already made a second appointment for a massage with Stan!

Cherise was very knowledgeable when it came to spa/facials. She was able to break down what each product did and how it was beneficial to your skin. She was extremely personable. I would highly recommend her!

I just want to say WOW! I went in to get a couple of different treatments for some acne scarring, enlarged pores and a case of folliculitis that I’ve been battling for nearly a year. I considered laser treatments, Ect but wanted to go a more natural route first. It was calm, relaxing and the staff was incredibly sweet:) As for the results, I’m SO impressed! I had no idea how much better my skin would look after! Not only has my scarring faded a bit but my folliculitis is pretty much GONE! The overall texture and tone of my skin is VASTLY different. I highly recommend this spa to anyone struggling with their skin! Thank you!!!!

I see Brandan for 90 minutes monthly. He is a FABULOUS massage therapist & an awesome person. I always leave feeling relaxed & 2 inches taller. Brandan is extremely knowledgeable about massage & the human body. He customizes every massage to make sure you have the best possible experience. The spa itself is definitely a step up from Massage Envy. The staff are always very friendly & helpful.

I enjoyed my visit to the Brickyard location today. I came in for an introductory massage with Sydney S and left with a much more relaxed body and mind. She was entirely professional and thorough and walked me through the massage with a peaceful calming voice and healing energy. There was a flow and rhythm to the experience and I felt wonderfully reassured I was in good hands. Guidance and recommendations for future better self care helped to complete my very positive experience!

I have never been in a more hostile environment in my life. This place is horrible. Every single provider is new. They have new people every time. The turn over is absolutely telling.

This is the best place I've been to in Salt Lake hands down! My therapist Abby was incredibly knowledgeable about the issues I had and helped me walk out feeling so much better. Can't wait to come back!

What a great spa! Very friendly staff, very clean facility. Brandan B was my massage therapist. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his techniques to get the pain out of my shoulders and neck. He goes the extra mile to show you exercises and stretches to do afterwards to help with the healing process. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends!

I had an excellent experience at this location with Abby, a massage therapist. The setting was super calming, she was very respectful of boundaries, and made sure to target the muscles that had been giving me trouble. The massage was REALLY GOOD. The pacing, pressure, thoroughness on my tense neck muscles, all of it. Wish I could go to Abby every single week of my life!!!

I was greeted politely with water and checked in promptly. It was only minutes before the massage therapist, Brandan, arrived to take me back. He was so knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly before getting started. He really put me at ease. Throughout the process I was treated professionally and warmly. The estheticians and massage therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Brandan is an excellent therapist who helps figure out what type of work you need along with long term care. It’s people like that who you can trust and count on. I refer all my friends and family to this location because of him and the incredible staff.

I signed up for a membership when they opened, because my free opening facial was wonderful. i had bad services for months after. when i decided to cancel, it took several days of calling every single day, and then they told me they were going to charge me for 2 more renewals before my cancellation would take place. i checked my card to see when my renewal usually happens, and saw a random $75 charge from them for nothing I bought. would not recommend. caused more headaches than relaxation.
