I got a gift certificate for my birthday I never used. Mikaela was absolutely amazing from booking the appointment and having the nicest customer service skills to be awesome and personable. Hands down nicest person I've spoke to on the phone in years.

My wife went over there. And her experience was terrible. Her massage was supposed to be for an hour but after the paperwork she had to fill out in the front and using the restroom. Her massage started at 6:15pm and ended at 6:55pm. She asked for longer since it was not an hour yet and the masseuse said she couldn’t because they started at 6:15, which makes no sense. We pay for an HOUR, not 40 minutes (The provided service we PAY for is supposed to be relaxing and not feel rushed). To top that off my wife has been working hard and was looking forward to getting a massage and relaxing but the people at the front desk were laughing and being loud so she could not relax properly because she could hear the loud noises. She asked the masseuse to ask them to quiet down but after a few minutes they were loud again. Her experience at this place was below subpar.

I've been coming here for massages from Jill for months now, and she's amazing! She's very attentive and knowledgeable about what she does- she's the only massage therapist I've been to who can make a real difference in the tension in my upper back while speaking about the techniques she's using. The front desk staff have always been warm, friendly and easy to book with. Definitely recommend.

I went here on Saturday 7/20/24 for a massage and honestly it was the worst massage ever! I've been to Hand & Stone just not this location usually it's the Cinco Ranch location. The guy that massaged me was terrible, I told him my areas that I wanted him to focus on but totally ignored my request. He rushed trough the whole supposedly massage! My kids do a better job than he did. Definitely wasn't Relaxing or Enjoyable. I told the young lady in front about my experience but all she said was I'm sorry we've gotten the same feed back about him before!! Like really? Why would you allow him to massage me out anyone. Definitely not going back to this location ever I just thought I would go since I live in Aliana.

Received a gift card for Mother’s Day and decided to get one for my husband on Father’s Day. Booking was convenient and no pressure to add anything on. Received plenty of appointment reminders (email, texts and a call). Appointment was timely as well. Jill was my masseuse and thoroughly explained what would take place prior to anything else. She was professional and made me feel super comfortable. We chatted but not overly to the point where I was not relaxed. She really worked on my stress points and encouraged pressure feedback. She is amazing at what she does and I’m so grateful I was booked with her. I will revisit again.

AMAZING experience. Front desk staff were lovely and welcoming. I had a massage with Ms. Melody and she was phenomenal. She paid attention to detail and was very professional. The massage along with the peppermint oil scalp massage was heavenly. After, I received a facial with Ms. Ally M./Alexandra and she was the sweetest!! She was very knowledgeable about all of my skin concerns, she walked me through each step and also educated me as well. The facial was exceptional. She even gave me a treatment plan for next time and great recommendations for my skins needs. She was very complimentary of my skin and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I will for sure be returning to see both of them.

Management and customer service is horrible. I had booked an hour long massage and that day their system was having errors. They cut my massage short and still charged me for the full amount. They have ridiculous fees and bad attitudes. I don’t recommend

This was a pleasant and relaxing experience mA. I would recommend this location and Twila. However, I do think there is some room for improvement in the price point for an hourly massage.

Ashley’s facials are life changing. Her customer service and knowledge in re to facials and what your skin needs is unmatched. Leo is a great masseuse he knew my trouble areas and got my shoulders back to normal. I love this place. Thanks to the staff for such hospitality ♥️

I came here to try out the massage & facial special as a way to treat myself to some “me” time after the hardest few months of my life, and I left there feeling so much peace. Oh, I also signed up to be a MEMBER…. which I am SO EXCITED ABOUT and cannot wait to make this a new thing in my life. As a mom, I don’t do much for myself at all, so this is definitely new! A big thank you to Ally (facial) and Camille (sales). They were sweet and professional. I truly appreciated them! My biggest reason for leaving a review is for Akbar. Words just cannot truly express the GIFT she was to me today. She gave a great deep tissue massage to help relieve me from the physical effects of the trauma I have walked through, but it was her character as a human being that really touched me. Akbar, thank you for your caring heart and for your compassion towards me when I was able to release deep pain emotionally. I will never forget it. I pray God blesses your life in ways that you can feel the love of Jesus just as he showed me through you. Thank you so much. Update: had a facial with Jaylin today and she was amazing. I will definitely be requesting her from now on!

I had the most amazing birthday gift/spa day here. My massage with Akbar was the best massage I’ve ever had. It was so so relaxing. Thank you so much Akbar, can’t wait to come back and see you. Ashley gave me a really nice facial. She was very good at helping me decide on the best add-on service, giving me the most beautiful glow. I used to be a member at another location, but my spa day treatment at this location was so good we decided to renew my monthly membership. Can’t wait for my next spa day visit and little retreat!!! UPDATE: I decided to switch things up after three months. And today, OH my I couldn’t wait to update my review. I went in after a busy day for a relaxing massage. I got the BEST MASSAGE EVER by Mr. Leo. It was the most amazing full body massage but with some special care to back, shoulders, and all the knotted areas including some stretches. I like my massage firm and Mr. Leo did not disappoint. I could not wait to give this glowing review. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND MR. LEO ANYONE LOOKING FOR THE MOST RELAXING MASSAGE.

I scheduled an appointment over the phone and provided my credit card information to Rebecca, but when I showed up to the appointment I was not in their system neither was my credit card information. However, there were unusual charges to the credit card made by hand and stone the same day I scheduled the appointment. As a result, I had to cancel my credit card. Not returning to this location.

I would like to say that, Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to visit store face to face, as I live in New York. My phone interaction with the staff, was amazing for the whole duration of my call. Not only were they pleasant to speak too, but they were also very knowledgeable and patient with the questions I had regarding out of state orders. I first spoke with Donna, who was amazing with answering all questions I had (sorry Donna for asking so many) regarding product, prices, delivery time, and she even went as far to explain Black Friday sales they are having next week. She's the best. I also spoke with Jarah , who was extremely welcoming, and had no problems staying on the phone with me and answering any questions I might have had. Just by my phone call with both Jarah and Donna, I already know that I will be using their business shortly. Those of you guys, that are actually able to go to their store face to face... Your lucky. All and all amazing experience with you both, and look forward to ordering my friend the gift she needs for Christmas. Thanks again guys, Jon Dixson.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. I booked a lymphatic massage which is the lightest massage and I asked if it had an extra charge so they responded: “No.” I put a $10 tip. Then they put an extra $20 charge on my card and immediately called their office. I asked for the reason of that extra charge and they responded jokingly but surely: “the massage therapist went to school for training so he deserved that extra tip.” I felt disrespected and bullied. Also the massage is supposed to be 60 minutes but it lasted only 25 minutes. Never coming again. Terrible experience. The place is a joke and all the workers are clowns. #badexperience

LeeZa works at the front desk and she is amazing. I’ve been a member of hand and stone for 2 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I wanted to celebrate my best friends birthday by gifting her a massage and normally I would book three to four days in advance however, this was really last minute and I called multiple locations. I didn’t give much information initially when I called only my name and that I was a member. She explained they were booked and I continued on. LeeZa took the time to pull up my account with the little information I gave her (because I was on the hunt) and texted me as soon as she had a cancellation. She didn’t have to do that but I am so grateful she did. This is customer service at its absolute finest and I could not be more impressed with her in going above and beyond to not only secure a massage for my friend but additionally a facial for me. 10/10 would recommend over and over again, thanks to her.

Only giving 3 stars to this place, Ashley who did my facial is the reason I would return. Their gift card promotions are kinda silly. Then the manger wanted to get rude, Danielle was very nice and I was not disrespectful to her at all I just wanted clarification to my questions. I’m a customer and I have a right to know. I left an AirPod went back to pick it up at about 6:34pm manager walks out from the back, then as I sat in my car to leave she peeps over to see if I was gone. Kinda felt racially profiled. Also, everyone here needs training on product knowledge and the way promotions work because you have 4 different people telling you 4 different things at no point does anything connect.

Today I got a last minute deal for facial, i showed up on time, front was very welcoming, Deborah was my therapist and as soon as we entered the room she asked you got the last minute deal( it’s cheaper than regular price) I felt awkward. This is my third time here I always get last minute deals because of my schedule, none of the therapists asked this question before, so it was suppose to be a 50 min massage session I got a 10 mins massage, she took 15 mins to evaluate my skin to say I have dry spots and need to drink more water, I told her i don’t want extractions so she skipped the scrubbing step as well, I was looking forward to get this facial because I had a busy week and wanted to relax, none of that happened, wasted money and time.

Was my first time coming for a facial, gift from my wife. The experience and service was amazing. Ana was the one assisting me with the facial and was very informative/helpful. Will definitely be going atleast once a month just because of the experience they provide.

We did not have a great experience. We were taken back for our 10 am, hour long couples massage at 10:05. It ended at 10:50. I expressed our disappointment and was told that hour long massages are only 50 minutes and include the time it takes you to get undressed. That’s fine, but the initial 5 minute delay was on them so it should’ve ended at 10:55. I could see their other client’s information on the tablet when I was done checking in. It made me uncomfortable to know the next client would be able to see mine. We had a weird checkout experience because for whatever reason they had to check us out separately even though we were paying for a couples massage with one card. A few hours after leaving, I was randomly charged an extra $15. I had to figure out that it was for a “peppermint scalp massage add on” but that was not made clear to me by the massage therapist that it was an add on, and I do not appreciate charging my card hours later without a call after checkout. That’s just not a good business practice. There’s better and more transparent places to choose from in the area.
