I had a pleasant experience at Hand and Stone. Upon check-in, I was offered a weighted, heated neck wrap, which set the mood for my experience. I received a facial and was impressed with the amount of care my attendant Anna provided. She provided tips to improve my skin health and took her time with each application of creams/products. I was very relaxed and slipped to sleep at least 3 times. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would love to come back again in the future.

Happened to get an appointment on a rain day. Very professional and great experience. Nice to find a place like this while you’re only in town for a few days. Highly recommended if my opinion means anything.

I had a great massage from Austin in Reynoldsburg. We had some different techniques, especially a neck stretch that felt absolutely wonderful!!

Place was clean. Massage person was good and I felt good after the intro massage. I wish they have better price deals so people can go for massage more frequently. Price is still the issue and the deals they offer is still a bit pricey. But overall experience is good!

The facility is clean and nice as usual but the massage itself was basic. I’ve been before and it was the same. The prices are way too high for the service rendered.

I had a massage at the Reynoldsburg location and had Austin. He was very good and thorough and was very attentive to my problem areas. He made sure I felt comfortable the whole time and that the pressure was good. He explained every area he was addressing . I would recommend Austin for a thorough massage! He will give you your money’s worth

I haven't been to this location in over a year. Despite that, this location decided to charge me $80+ a month starting in January this year for a service that I never signed up for. They couldn't produce any documentation saying I signed up for this service, and conveniently they couldn't refund me for the total. Everything I've seen from this place just screams scam. Will never recommend.

Hannah was "Amazazing!" I came in with so much sinus drainage. Within 15 minutes I was able to clearly breath and no sinus drainage. This was probably the best massage I've ever had! The warm towels, perfect pressure, attention to concerns was everything I needed today! I will definitely be back and will only ask for Hannah!

Straight up scammers!! I had one massage here March 21 in 2023 and they've been billing me for their monthly club since? I called in again May 4th and spent 12 minutes on the phone getting my "membership I never signed up for cancelled... Theyve still been billing me for over a year for this program I never signed up for. Reported as fraud, called my person banker and now on the phone with my legal counsel.. scammers and thieves...

Hannah is the best! I have had many massages and she is the best! She is gentle but knows the areas that need more. Very professional. Great experience with her every time!
