I've enjoyed 3 out of my 4 visits. Tracy was the last therapist I've seen and all she did was pressed her elbows on my back for long periods of time. And quickly rubbed way too much oil on me. This was more of a rough back rub than it was a massage. Front desk are always polite and informative. I may consider going back to see Deisy. Updating my rating. Spoke to the manager and boy was she a bit aggressive when I tried to cancel the membership after a freeze. Memberships shouldn't be difficult to cancel when it's done through email. I shouldn't have to wait 2 days to do so. The person who I spoke on the phone with, should have been professional and respected my decision. Needs to take customer service classes. I spoke to this person with respect.

TL;DR: This place scams you with difficult to cancel membership fees. Do not give them you credit card. Find another business to support. Was hoping for an easy-in, easy-out gift experience for my wife for mother's day. What I experienced from this salon was anything but that. We were incorrectly charged for the services that the gift card entitled her to, shamed from the front desk for me not leaving enough included tip on the gift card, and she was coerced into signing up for a membership. When trying to cancel the membership, we were informed that the only way to cancel was via an emailed document that would need to be signed, scanned, and emailed back. The manager of the Orland Park informed us that we will be charged for the next month, even if we cancel before the next recurring charge. This location engages in predatory consumer practices. The exact type of scams the soon to be implemented FTC "Click to Cancel" laws are fighting against. Trying to scam people into a recurring charge, making it difficult to cancel, and hiding behind fine print. It is no different than frustrating, impossible to cancel gym memberships. Do not support this business. There are plenty of other places you can get a massage.

First time I had a facial... The Esthetician was nice and professional. Service was good and very relaxing. I had a massage as well. The massage was subpar. Not gonna name the Therapist but she was kinda all over the place. I asked for certain areas to be focused on and she did somewhat but just sort of bounced around a bit too much for my liking. I figured she would provide some trigger point work or cross fiber friction to the areas I requested but it was all just rubbing. At the check out I was asked if I wanted to join the membership and when I said no the girl asked if there's a reason why I didn't want to join. Smh! Really? A no is a no! You're not a car salesmen and even car salesmen shouldn't be asking that question. I will probably not give them any more business.

Wonderful Experience, atmosphere was peaceful, the decor was Relaxing, the receptionist was very polite, friendly and helpful, I can't remember her name, Tania I think, I give her two thumbs up, and my masseuse Mitchell was TOTALLY AWESOME, all I'm going to say is after leaving I was so relaxed, it was hard for me to stay awake the rest of my day 😂👍

After purchasing the gift card for myself $79.95 and $79.94 for my wife, I ended up being charged additional $80 much more than the original price of the facial massage I made. The therapist ripped me by claiming to introduce new treatments which unfortunately is not true. How can you be introducing fees exceeding the initial amount in the massage room on the same 1 hour I booked for ? And the 1 hour was even less because I checked in the massage room 8:51 and she concluded just before 9:50( 49mins) and yet proceeded to charge me $80 without proper explanation or extension of my time! Shiiitttt

I reached out to your service was offered a membership, which I accepted. I was informed that I could cancel at any time. When I called to cancel April 19 2024, I believed the process was completed as I was told, but I have noticed on my bank account they continue debited 79,95 . Today I have called them and they told me that have send me email but I never received any email , I asked to Forward the email to me but they hang up on me. I would like to request a refund for the unauthorized charges incurred over the past months.

Each therapist are highly skilled, know their anatomy and tailor the visit in a professional & collaborative way based on the areas of focus that are expressed during the intake portion of the visit. At this time, new clients get discounts for a $79.99/50 min massage & a discount on your 1st facial too. They do have monthly memberships and have late hours on weekends which is awesome! They were able to accommodate a last minute appt made the night before. Thats hard to find. It’s always clean & quiet, which makes for a great atmosphere. The front desk staff are all eager to help, super accommodating, knowledgeable & are pleasant to work with. Designated free parking spaces infront of the spa. I took 3 indoor pics for you to enjoy. You can pay with cash/credit/debit & can fill out new client forms prior to arrival making your trip into the spa seamless. 💫 Pro-tip: bring cash for your tip. Arrive 10 min early. Communicate with/ your therapist what areas need the most focus for a better outcome. If one therapist isn’t quiet meeting your needs, there are plenty others to try out until a good match is made. Angel has magical hands ! Very professional and clean I loved everything about this experience! Update - I loved their massages so much in the past I booked one for my fiancé. Instead of giving him an hour massage he only received a 40 minutes one although he arrived a few minutes before the appointment time. They dragged to get him in and cut it short. I tried calling to get in touch with the manager it’s been 5 days and I’ve yet to get a call back. I called 4 times in a span of 2 days and they finally picked up after the 4th time. The girl over the phone at the desk had a nasty attitude. I won’t be returning.

Had a phenomenal experience at H&S in Orland Park with Meagan on 6/23. Even though I was running late, she was able to get me relaxed Aug the right pressure and atmosphere in no time. She was really able to pinpoint all my tricks areas, and I felt amazing by the time I got off the table. I can't wait for the next massage - I'm already booked! I followed my massage with a one hr classic facial. I've had many facials before and continue to do so for the spa experience. However, it seemed my aesthetician Kylee was simply going through the motions. She "analyzed" my skin, then attempted to upsale me another $160. I don't have problem skin and just had an upgraded facial at my last visit the month before. Once I declined, Kylee seemed to disengage. She spent more time attending to products in the cabinet than she spent with her client. She literally applied a few products, then noisily prepared herself for the next client while I simply sat. She failed to mention that the steamer was broken until I inquired 2/3 through the facial. After I commented that I thought more was included with the facial (shoulder, am, Hand massage), she proceeded to lightly rub my shoulders 4 times. That's it... She had one job - to continue the zen feeling I already achieved with Megan - but fell short. I could have applied products on my face at home and pampered myself better for less... m 3 out of 5 at best. I tipped some, but it was my least favorite experience at the Orland location.

Worst experience ever. I received this gift card as a gift from my boys. Made my app at 3, got there at 3. We waited until two women filled out their info on the ipads they provide for u. Ten minutes pass and we get the ipads and fill out emergency info along with allergies and what is needed as far as a massage. By the time we were done twenty minutes have passed. We get to the room, and questioned of how intense is the massage and focus areas. They leave the room to undress and lay on the massage bed. Thirty minutes later she says I'm done. What!????? Yes the hour starts from when you check in. Nothing other than my neck was targeted. When asked up front how was my experience, I said no leg, no back no arms were touched. What bothered me is that the masseuse asked me what i need done and she did nothing. Nothing was done about it up front either "customer service" smiled and asked if i would like to buy a monthly package. Rip offs!

Worst mistake I made was walking back into this place. My initial visit was never booked online so I ended up coming back to book for the next day. Joined the Christmas in July package and to make a long story short it was a rip -off. The regular pricing was $130 and the advertisement was $69.95 for the package but what I didn’t know was that I was being charged another $60 for some type of fee which if you do the math is not really a deal because you’re still paying $130. You absolutely should be careful with this place because even if you cancel they say you can’t until you get the initial charge for your first CONTRACT charge. Never got serviced at all just wanted a refund and I can’t get it until a month later…what a disappointment!!! Be very aware of what you are signing!!
