My first massage was with Dani. She was absolutely incredible that I signed up for the monthly membership program. I’ve had a hard time finding a very firm massage therapist and she was just everything I needed! Very happy and can’t wait to be back.

This was my first time at this spa. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. Had a very good massage and reflexology by Julissa. She explained about the reflexology and was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this spa.

I’ve gotten massages before but never as amazing as the one I received from Dani, she was more than amazing her technique was top tier. Very informative and helped with the tension in my mid, lower back and shoulders 100% will be booking again with Dani!

As someone who hits the gym regularly, finding the right massage therapy has been crucial. Hand & Stone has exceeded all my expectations! Lamar's deep tissue work is exactly what I need after heavy lifting sessions - he really knows how to target those problem areas and work out the muscle tension. Louis is equally impressive with his deep tissue technique, fantastic at working out stubborn knots while maintaining a comfortable, relaxing environment. The front desk staff, Nina and Kelly, make scheduling and check-in seamless. And I have to mention Michele's facials - never thought I'd be this enthusiastic about skincare, but the results speak for themselves! I'm so impressed with their services that I've pre-ordered gift cards for myself because monthly membership isn't enough. Whether you're dealing with workout-related muscle tension or just need to decompress, Hand & Stone delivers every time. Best investment in my wellness routine, hands down!

Had my first massage here but it will not be the last. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and waited in a clean and comfortable lounge with a refreshing flavored water. My therapist Eric was wonderful and made me feel so peaceful and at ease. Eric asked me about any concerns I had and he addressed them all during our time together. He was very careful during the massage, having been specially trained to help oncology patients. He was even thoughtful enough to bring me water at the end of the session. I was made to feel special and pampered.

I am dissatisfied with this establishment and its customer service. Refrain from providing your email address, as it may result in numerous spam emails from them. Despite unsubscribing and contacting them to cease emailing me, they have failed to comply. A year ago, I visited their spa and had a similarly disappointing experience, yet they continue to persist in contacting me.

I received an absolutely incredible facial experience from Emily! The products that were used were very high quality and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. I felt that Emily went above and beyond by spending extra time on the massage portions and explaining each product I asked about. I would highly recommend this place and Emily for your next facial. You won’t be disappointed!

Their front desk folks are really bad at booking appointments. Today, I was called by one of the front desk ladies as there were some cancellations for the therapist who I usually go with. The timings available were 7-8,8-9,9-10. I told them that I would call back to confirm the time once I finalize when I can go. After 30 mins, when I called them, no one was picking up the call so I left message saying that 8pm time was convenient for me. Since I didn't hear back from them, I called them again and finally spoke with someone at the front desk and found out that 7pm and 8pm time slots were booked, so I agreed for 9pm slot which was still available. She said OK, and I thought she booked my appointment, but looks like that wasn't the case. When I went there at 9pm, I was told that I didn't have a booking. This is the second time I have experienced this. I have been a member for a very long period of time and I am very unhappy on how these people try to defend themselves and don't accept their mistake. I had to go back home, only to receive a text message from them saying that there was no mistake from their side as they heard my voice message which was right before I called and spoke with someone to finalize my appointment. They are telling me that I should be checking text message log and pin pointing that it was my mistake. How disgusting? This is how you treat your old customers? I should be getting a free massage at this point of time for sending me back.

Had a massage there today for the first time. Teja that works at the front desk was so great! She made me feel very welcomed, gave me a tour and was very polite and friendly. Also my massage therapist, Louis was great! He helped me ease the tension in the shoulders and was very professional and attentive. I m very glad I found this great massage place in Old Bridge! :)

Love all the girls at the front desk, they all are very professional and always offer whats best for clientel. The manager is wonderful as well, extremely sweet people. Michelle is so great for facials, literally has magic touch and makes my skin feel so soft afterwards. Ive tried Aurora for my facials also and she is amazing. Oksana and Laura are by far my favorite massage therapists. Oksana is great for good vibes and pain management while Laura makes me feel quite relaxed and refreshed after the service. Overall awesome experiences at Old Bridge!

this place was lovely and the heated massage bed was dreamy. unfortunately my massage was the worst i had ever had. There was no usual rhythm, feet not massaged, and just very basic yet not all the usual massage points done. He finished abruptly while massaging my neck and told me there was a hot towel on the side if I wanted it. So bizarre, I was stunned. Didn't tip. Really unprofessional and child like. My girlfriend had a great experience with another masseuse. I hope for anyone else's sake they peer review each other so they get this person performance reviewed :(

Omg I just received the most incredible massage from Oksana. I have not been able to walk without limping for the last 10 days from a pinched nerve. Amazing! This is the third H&S location I’ve ever been to and by far the best (first time here). I had Destiny, she was very sweet, listened to my needs and focused on my very tense areas. I’m very tense and sore almost a year postpartum, so a massage was needed. I finally got a membership because I want to continue to feel good postpartum after this massage. 💖😮‍💨 Front desk staff were very sweet as well.

Everything was great until my regular massage therapist left the company. After she left, I decided to cancel my monthly subscription until I had time to find someone else I liked. I called the store and asked to cancel my subscription. That's when the problems started. They told me I needed to schedule an appointment with a manager in order to cancel. What?!! Oh, the next available appointment was in three days. Why do I need to speak to a manager to cancel? I didn't speak to a manager to enroll. The manager, Angelina (old bridge/midfoetown) called and started the process of having me explain why I wanted to cancel. My response, I don’t want to explain anything, I just wanted the monthly subscription canceled. Her response was insane….their policy is to charge me for one extra month in order for me to cancel. Why on earth would I need to pay for an extra month when the billing cycle for the next payment starts July 2nd? I'm not paying for another month!!! Angelina was rude and obnoxious to say the least. I told her I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if they tried to charge me for an extra month. She said that was a threat and she was hanging up the phone. Well, I immediately filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted AMX. So, you can enroll but you can't cancel. Bad business!!! If I return something to Amazon or Macy's, I don’t have to explain my return reason to the cashier or manager.

H&S is always so welcoming when you come in. I go to Megan for facials. She is gentle in her tone and her technique. She gives a relaxing feel to the experience and is knowledgeable about the process and any questions I have. She explains to me what my face is in need of. I have the membership and look forward to working with her month to month!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hand and stone. First of all the therapist Jercie asks me to change and does not show up for a long time. Two, she skipped the massage portion of the facial as there was no time. She also skipped shoulder and neck massage because she was working on extraction. Then she told me I took a long time to change and massage has to be in and out before 1 hour. She kicked me out by 50 minutes for a 60 minute facial. Then the front desk staff took about 20 minutes to check me out because they had no idea how to process a spa finder card. I had to give them my balance by looking it up online. Such a poor experience.
