Incredible Experience at Hand & Stone Summerlin – Ask for Michael! I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hand & Stone Massage in Summerlin, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel at ease right away. But the real highlight of my visit was Michael, my masseur—he is phenomenal! His technique was perfect, applying the right amount of pressure to relieve tension while still making the experience incredibly relaxing. He was attentive, professional, and truly has a gift for what he does. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely stress-free. If you’re looking for an exceptional massage, Michael is the one to book! I will absolutely be returning and recommending Hand & Stone Summerlin to everyone I know. Five stars all the way!

My massage experience was not the best as I asked for a deep tissue massage and my therapist talked the entire time, but my facial was absolutely phenomenal! My skin has been glowing and beautiful for the last 2 weeks and I could not be happier! The spa is clean, and the staff are nice. They use great products and make everything very customizable. I recommend the facials for sure!

My massage therapist Suzanne was just amazing!! I am 80 years old and have had hundreds and hundreds of massages over these many years as have significant back, neck and leg injuries and issues and get massages for relief and not relaxation. I can definitely say Suzanne was such an incredible therapist with great experience and knowledge of the human body that I received the most amazing relief!!!!!! So if you are looking for help & relief I suggest that you request Suzanne at Hand & Stone in Summerlin and guarantee you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!

When considering whether or not to have regular facials or massages, I decided to start one b/c of my experience at Hand & Stone. They are professional, competitively priced and uses excellent products. My prenatal massage here really helped me during my pregnancy also.

Jeremy sucked...he didn't focus on my focus areas enough, he barely did any pressure, after I told his slow self to go firm, the massage felt as if he didn't want to give me one, it's not my fault you don't get paid enough, thats why he will always be a low paid worker, the facial was good though

After years of going without a facial because of my hypersensitive skin, I decided to try a session with Tamika at Hand & Stone. She used the best fragrance-free products on me, and it was an amazing experience. I had absolutely zero reaction to the products, which was my biggest fear, and it was a comfortable, relaxing and excellent facial. I highly recommend Tamika for your next esthetician treatments!

Great experience with the hand stone massage! No problem with the beautiful staff at the desk are all professional and they always acknowledge me and accommodate my needs and my personal delays to arrive on time and compassionate on my cancellation notice on the day I was at the hospital 10 days ago! Karla is not only a great facial specialist, but her personality is beyond most people's ! Nobody likes a borefest lol She's sweet, kind, caring and funny. Her mom did a great job with her. Ask for her and you will be happy. She really knows the skin very well and is just a great person all around. Great experience and I will go back again and for sure ask for her specifically!

Clean, professional, and relaxing. There are so many places to choose from in Vegas, for a massage, but finding a place that you don’t need a tetanus shot to visit isn’t that easy. Hand and Stone in Summerlin is very clean. It’s a bit more expensive than other places.

Let's get honest here - extremely annoying upsell. You will get 3-4 emails daily. Feels like all these positive reviews are from "if you post review, get your free aromatherapy" . Husband purchased for me these "mother day packages" 1) they sure push for upsell - scrab and hydration is extra $100 - here you are. Services is not like you are going to your own exceptional esthetician- it's just an hourly employees. Products are sun-par , it's not like Sisley or Sothys - so for this money you can get facial at Sisley at Crystals. Writing this review cause my mailbox got spammed with their emails.

My BF and I received massages from Helen and Andrea. Both were wonderful! Strong therapists with great technique and knowledge. This is my second visit at this location and was worried about trying new therapists, because my first visit was so fantastic! This location is my go to place when I'm in Las Vegas. Highly recommend! I recently had a facial with Erika, and it was amazing! I had never been to the spa because I am a member but do not live in Vegas. However, I am so glad I scheduled this in! I did a brightening upgrade, and the sample products Erika gave me to keep up post-facial were life changing! My skin is shining and rejuvenated. I can’t wait to visit this spa again on my next trip here!

I've been getting monthly facials at Hand & Stone at Downtown Summerlin for roughly a year now. Carla is AMAZING! She has completely transformed my skin and has taught me so much about regular skin care routines for my skin type. I highly highly recommend her. The location is convenient, very clean and all of the staff I have come in contact with have been courteous.

New to the area, looking for a place for my wife and I to have our monthly massages. Came across this place and just walked in. Staff was helpful and welcoming, so we signed up for a try. We both had superior massages, and we are massage veterans. My wife said Jennifer gave her a wonderful massage. Helene gave me what I think is probably The Best Massage I’ve ever had. Going back again soon. Nice atmosphere, good and friendly folks here…two big thumbs up 👍

The staff is very engaging, welcoming and professional. No hard sell; they simply show you the membership offer and that's it, simple. I have been a member for a few months and making an appointment through the app isn't the easiest because it's the corporate app and they haven't quite resolved updated booking within the local markets. Therefore, it is best to call directly or just peruse the weekly availability on their email solicitations. I used to think these emails were annoying in terms of the volume and frequency of solicitations but then again it offers me the most up to date availability of each service provider. Hence, I tolerate it.
