My facial started on time. Nalayjahm introduced herself and explained the process. She showed me the button if I need her to stop. The facial felt so good. She showed me products at the end. She was professional, kind and courteous. I was very pleased. I'm coming back to her.

I decided to have a half “spa day” and scheduled a facial and massage with Devin and Leon. Both were professional, knowledgeable and, most of all, accommodating to my needs. I highly recommended both Devin and Leon.

Shakera was awesome I usually like light pressure and She asked me a few times if the pressure was okay and also informed me when there were a few knots and used medium pressure to work on it a bit

Staff has always been kind, respectful, skilled and helpful to me. I have appreciated the service and the monthly massage membership. My only frustration in the past few years is that a few times I've had trouble with either online booking (website wasn't cooperating) or getting email to them (even through their contact-us email address), but it's been awhile since either has happened, and they may have upgraded their system since then. ETA:As of Jan 2025, I have not had trouble with the online booking or app for quite a while, so this seems to be resolved. Also, I have been working with Leon for several months, and he is fantastic. *Really* strong, but also very respectful and careful about asking if the pressure is okay, etc. I appreciate his work every time! Also, the front desk staff is great, always helpful and friendly.

The appointment felt so rushed although I understand it has been mentioned that 1 hr session includes dressing and consultation but still it just felt rushed throughout the procedure at each step. Also I specifically mentioned I would want to have a quiet experience rather than having small talks with the esthetician but she keeps on talking and asking random questions being friendly which totally ruined my purpose of a relaxing spa day. Also price wise I did felt scammed too because signing up for basic facial and ending up spending almost regular price because of the up selling and feeling being under the pressure didn’t make it worth the price. Also the tipping process was based on the non membership price. Lastly being trying to be sold or pushed for getting membership and getting out of the situation was another thing to deal with by the end of the session. Polite way or not but clients shouldn’t be felt obligated to buy stuff/memberships/upgrades. In short not going back at all

It’s hard to find a good masseuse and once you find one you want to stick with them and Angel is truly her namesake an Angel 😇 always professional and friendly and I throughly enjoy my sessions with her. I will travel to Serverna Park to come see her is she isn’t available at the Columbia location. Thank you Angel‼️

I received a massage by Shakira and a facial by Devon, and both experiences were great. Shakira's massages are always my favorite. She makes me feel super comfortable and always checks to make sure she's using a good amount of pressure. And it was my first time getting a facial from Devon, but my skin was glowing afterwards and I felt so relaxed. You went be disappointed if you choose them to care for you.

My husband bought me a gift card here on Black Friday, they gave him empty gift cards! The $149.xx was charged to our account, manager Precious couldn’t care less, that they either gave us the wrong empty gift cards, by mistake or stole them & gave us empty useless gift cards intentionally either way, give your business to someone else. This place is disorganized & will take your money & give no services. Then tell you it will be a WEEK before they call you back to figure out where or who our money went too! Had to dispute the charges! Bad business, bad management. You’ve been warned.
