Lobby and receptionist were very nice and professional. My masseuse was sweet but I kept having to ask for more pressure. She would for a moment after I asked but then she would just continue to rub oil on me. I asked for more pressure 3 times. No actual massage, just oil rubbing. I also booked a 1 hour appointment which I was 20min early for. Didn’t get into the massage room until 9min after booked appointment. Then she lets me out of the room 7 minutes before my hour was up. This was more like a 45min massage. Overall, slightly disappointed.

I’ve been a Hand and Stone member for over 8 years, maybe longer, and I have enjoyed services at several locations. The Clearwater location where I’ve been going for close to 3 years has incredible associates from the front desk, who are friendly, happy & helpful, to my masseuse, Justin, who I adore for the great massages, which he tailors to my needs at that time, and his great holistic advice on what is beneficial to my overall health. I recently started facials with Hannah and I immediately saw results and actually enjoyed them. At other spas, I always felt it was an application of product that was quickly wiped away for the next and next,etc., followed by a hard sell of products. Hannah is great at assessing what I need and provides a relaxing, soothing experience. I always leave Hand and Stone feeling like a spoiled queen!

Just finished a fantastic Himalayan hot stone massage with Rosemary. She is the best. I definitely recommend the Himalayan hot Stone massage. Autumn and Hannah at the front desk will take care of all your questions. We already have booked our second one.

We love this location! My boyfriend and I signed up for the memberships. I have done a facial with Makayla and it was wonderful! My skin was glowing! I also love booking a massage with rosemary! She is very knowledgeable and I always leave feeling so much better!

I want to give a shout out to Hand and Stone Clearwater as I have been going here for over a year now and every time the ambience, customer service and therapist are wonderful! I enjoy going to DJ for my massages as I always feel so relaxed when I am finished. Luis always makes sure I am happy with my membership and answers all my questions. Autumn always has a positive attitude on the phone and in the salon! If you are looking for a great facial or massage this is the place to go!

Perfect location, very clean and friendly staff. Kim who provided facial services was outstanding she took time to listen what my concerns were and came up with a plan to help reduce fine lines and age spots. She really knows what she is talking about my skin felt wonderful and I had a healthy glow when I left. I will be back.

Just wonderful here! Excellent service by all! Great communication, along with a very friendly staff! The monthly program is worth it. I would recommend using the dermalogica products used here. Ask for Kim she is the best!
