Excellent. Lots of very experienced massage therapists. Many with deep pressure expertise. Opens early and closes late. Weekends are generally sold out so make appointments early. They have good subscription packages and a "buy two, get one free" deal every Black Friday. Better than their competition in the mall down the street.

Paid for a 60 minute deep tissue massage, the therapist was late and ended it 15 minutes early, so it was only about 30 minutes total. Even though I asked for a deep tissue massage and continuously asked the therapist to use deep pressure several times throughout the massage, she never went deeper than light pressure. I also asked if she could focus on the side that was much tighter and sore than the other and I guess she just ignored me. I wouldn't come back here again, it felt like a major rip-off and the therapist seemed very unprofessional.

Had a facial appt and discussed with aesthetician to do microdermabrasion and LED which I’ve done in past and loved. She spent about 12 min cleaning my face with lots of nice massage on face and neck - the steam on my face during this time…then she put a mask on my face (similar to a face mask you buy at Sephora) and let me sit for a full 20 min - no neck massage/ nothing - for almost 20 min. Then peeled mask off/ put warm washcloth on my face to wipe off residual..put a spray on/ moisturized and asked “how was it?” Seriously - I said “well you didn’t do LED”- she said “yes, I did”… I’ve had LED 20+ times - you get the goggles/ it’s an obvious red light they run across face. I did NOT get that. Luckily, at check out, I told them about my experience and they did not charge me/ gave me recommendations for a different aesthetician in future. Her name was Marissa - I’ve had several others who were good but she literally let me sit with a mask for 20 min and she did NOT do LED and tried to say she did. Ugh. Hard to want to go back.

I got a classic facial with Gina today and Oh. My. Gosh. She made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me throughout my facial. She gave me a wonderful shoulder, neck and head massage; a great extraction too. She took her time and was very thorough through the whole process. Love Gina and love Hand and Stone massage.

I have been coming to this location for a couple months. I love Tracy. She is an amazing Esthetician and that says a lot because I am one as well. She has magical hands, gives a fantastic massage and knows what she's doing. If you're not used to talking during a facial, just get used to it. She is a talker most times but she does stay quiet during masks and let u relax. It's a nice balance for me because I enjoy a chat. Shes the only esthetician I've tried here but I won't be trying anyone new because I like her so much. Hope she doesn't leave or at least tells me beforehand so I can follow her!

The massage was supposed to be 1 hour...it ended up being 40 minutes. (I don't need 10 minutes to undress..I was in gym shorts and a T-shirt... I was ready in 37 seconds). When asked if I'd like CBD oil I was like "sure"... NO mention of any additional charges what-so-ever.... $40! Wth? So for $135 (plus tip so $155) I got a 40 minute massage that didn't even include my legs... neck/shoulders, back, and feet.. no arms, no legs, head for a brief moment which was probably the best part. I've had far better massages for less.

Absolutely wonderful services! Thanks to Tracy who is some kind of miracle worker. She made me feel well taken care of and listened very carefully to what I needed. I got customized treatment and great consultation and I felt very very safe and comfortable while there!

Devyn is amazing! I’m tempted to say this was the best massage I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend this place, I’ve been to different companies for massages and this one has the best customer service by far. Water is available in multiple places throughout, facilities are clean, staff is kind. Heat/light/pressure all fully customizable to your preferences and needs.

Quite disappointed in the schedulers. My daughter cancelled her membership and had 3 visits left. They told her she could use up the 3 visits anytime in the next 3 months (before end of July 2022) and helped her schedule the appointments back in May. Visited today and was told she didn't have any prepaid visits left. Was told the last prepay expired on July 19. The front desk said nothing when we originally booked her 3 appointments, and just said she "was all set". So not only did I lose out on the prepaid visit, I had to pay out of pocket for the facial today. I've been with Hand and Stone for at least 5 years but I'm very disappointed that I had to pay twice essentially for the same visit.

The therapist left the bright lights on until I was about to flip onto my back which was not relaxing...it made me nervous. Plus, she never massaged my feet which was strange. She only wrapped them w a hot towel. Was not impressed with this place.

Wow where do I start… I’ve gone here quite a few times and have gotten facials from a few other service providers but Alyssa is the absolute best! I couldn’t talk more highly about her she saved my skin and made me feel beautiful finally seeing it clear up from acne that I never thought would go away. I’ve had acne since I was 12 years old and this is the first time I’ve seen my skin clear since! She is amazing such a sweet person to talk to and gives me amazing tips to keep up with it. I will never see anyone else she is the absolute best!!!!
