The service itself was ok. I am however disappointed that the nail tech dropped my phone in the water at the start of the pedicure which resulted in me having to get a new phone and still had the audacity to charged me full price.

i came here n i asked for a fill n i sat and waited i saw everyone coming in here after me n getting service i also asked for a female to do my nails only certain ppl do certain things then they tell me its gonna b a wait for women dont visit here if u need a fill in they have 10 workers n only 3 do acrylic 2 stars only because the receptionist was pleasant

I've been having my nails done here for a few months now and have never had a bad experience. I typically see Lisa, and she's absolutely fantastic!! My nails look gorgeous every time I leave, and there is rarely a delay when I have an appointment. The salon is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

My wife, daughter & I came here to get pedi’s when my wife first came in to check availability for 3 people. He first said no availability rn, but the said 30 mins wait. Once my daughter & I walked in and I asked about the kiddie pedi he look her up & down & told me my daughter wasn’t a kid and I explained just because she is tall doesn’t mean she is not 10… I’m 6’0 myself, we can’t help we are tall, he then tried to laugh it off.. once we picked which ones we wanted and he then said 12:00 which was 2 and a half hours.. as a black gay family, the energy felt off and I’ll never recommend them to anyone.

I have just started getting manicures this year and had a variety of disappointing visits at other salons. I scheduled a gel manicure with Mary and had a great experience and this is the best manicure I have had so far.

They nickel and dime you in everything. Not using them anymore. I never expected my manicure to last 4-5 weeks. It also doesn’t seem that my manicure takes any longer than 40 minutes. I don’t see how that is extra time.

10/10 recommend this nail salon. I come here for my usual nails but today I wanted some special nail art to prep for a Star Trek convention this weekend. Nancy understood the assignment and I am over the moon happy with my nails and how closely they resemble the picture I brought. Great job!! Love this place’s service, vibe and attention to customer experience. Thank you!!

Cut me to the point of bleeding twice. Burnt me three times. And all for my nails to look nothing like the picture I provided (keep in mind it was a simple design) and the time before this I went and the nail tech hit my hand and yelled at me.

Halo day spa is an upscale atmosphere but very comfortable. Upon arrival you are greeted by a very friendly staff who made sure to accommodate me even though they were busy and I was a walk in client. I loved the assortment of nail polish colors and gels. They had a few different packages for pedicures and I was happy to see a "vegan" option which was a vegan and cruelty free foot soak, scrub, and lotion, I chose the lavender scent and it did not disappoint. The woman who took care of me was lovely and she did an excellent job and even did a nice floral design for me. I will definitely be returning for my next pedicure.

I love Halo Day Spa! I've been using them now for over a year and I can't say enough good things. My Nail Tech is Steven. He gives the best the mani and pedi. The spa is very clean and inviting. Their hours are flexible and they accommodate last minute appointments which I appreciate tremendously.

I wasnt impressed. My gel started to peel in a week and a half plus the polish was not apllied evenly nor did it fill my entire nail. Also, it is very inconsiderate to expect customers to pay an atm fee in order to retrieve cash to tip your workers. Simply add the option to you credit card payment system or atleast have Venmo/ Zelle set up.

Ir was my first time here. The woman who did my nails cut me with the drill like 3 times even though I kept asking her to be more gentle. She also did a color that was much lighter than what I picked out from the sample. Poor experience avoid if you can.

Kate and Annie were amazing! My sister was in from our if town and wanted to get her nails done. They were so accommodating and seated us next to each other so we could catch up. Very professional and clean. Love these ladies.

They will only accept cash tip. There is no option to tip without cash. Very inconvenient.

Took my 13 year old daughter today to get a filler after getting them done there 2 weeks ago. They did extra stuff telling her it was free and charged me $70 dollars. That's how much it was last time to get them done initially. They purposefully took advantage of the situation. I specifically made sure before the service that she was only getting fillers. They sheepishly apologized after the fact but did nothing else to rectify the situation. I do not recommend this place and will never return. Deceitful and manipulative.

Usually I go to a popular spa to get my nails done that I loooove but decided to try this place since it was nerby my hair salon. Came in as a walk-in and waited for a while. Mind you there were about 4 nail techs doing nothing and completely ignoring me. A woman walks in 10 minutes later, and they jump at helping her and I still hadn't even been seated to start my nails. I walked right out of that nail shop. There was no way I was going to pay to be ignored.

Wow. My gel nails still look good almost 45 days later. Two nails on my right hand finally cracked in the last 3 days. I’m still getting compliments on them. Can’t wait to get fall colors tomorrow. The nail tech was quiet but friendly and she had excellent attention to detail.

All of this just for $75 is crazy. The shaping and filing were horrible. My index finger were curving to the right. And the glitters are all over the place. This design should only be worth $30 max but it was over 70! .wasted my time and money there. Most definitely not going there next time

Great experience. I went there to obtain a gift and ended up getting a gel manicure. I was surprised since it was Christmas eve. It took approximately 40 minutes and they were busy. I think I may be going back. Thank you Halo Day Spa.
