I can’t even believe this person has her license! what she did to my cousins hair is horrendous. Traci, the owner messed her hair up sooo bad. My cousin text her multiple times demanding a receipt, Traci Continues to ignore her. She never produced a receipt. Instead she ignored her. My cousin has been crying non-stop and is traumatized l. She has bald spots and fried hair due to Traci, the owners, negligence. Do NOT go to this salon, you will regret it and it will be to late.

This salon is amazing! The owner traci is professional and does amazing hair! It sucks to see clients that obviously do not know how to take care of there hair extensions blame the stylist.. keep doing amazing work traci! Your clients love you and what you do don’t let crazy people stop your shine!!

Lucky enough to get in to see Traci and get my hair done. They are following all guidelines. I waited outside. She came and got me once she had cleaned down everything. Even watched her clean and make sure everyone observed the 6ft distancing. She offered me a mask but I brought my own. The air was so fresh and clean in the salon. Happy to say My Salon is putting our safety first. Thank you ❤️ Hairology!

Very disappointed in this place! The owner disregarded all COVID-19 restrictions and stayed open so she could profit while everyone was out of work! The owner is not professional as I have spoken to her before and I can confidently say she will be getting reported for the violation of disregarding mandatory orders from the state. Do NOT give this her business!

Hairology Salon in Bonita Springs is amazing! Traci, owner of the salon, along with the other stylists do a fantastic job and always create a positive environment. Walking into Hairology Salon is like walking into a modern L.A. Salon, legit awesome! Hairology salon - Owner: Traci Chestnut is onto something here. For 4 years she has been doing my hair and every member of my family's hair also. She is very talented and creative, along with her warm and welcoming environment... this salon has a true "Steel Magnolia's" vibe! So if you are a southern girl (like myself) or just love hair you must go. You will gain friends and have happy hair. Keep your eyes on this salon - they are going places! I came in to cut off 8+” of hair to donate, and to get a new style with braids. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the stylists. Roxy (sorry if I misspelled) was fantastic! She listened to what I wanted, and then executed the style flawlessly! Very VERY pleased, and will definitely visit the salon again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have been getting my hair done by Traci for years now, unfortunately I relocated but I still drive 2 hours just to come see her because she is the absolute best and extremely knowledgeable! I went in for a color melt today and, as always, she nailed it. She never disappoints!!!
