Everyone is polite and the stylists okay. I’ve been here about a dozen times and like to patronize local businesses Best hair wash anywhere . I’m done . weird vibe and hair ALL over the floor always- gross. Lack of overall cleanliness I had a 12:00 appt today with Michael. I walked in at 11:50 to be told he wasn’t coming in today. Waited 15 minutes for the sole stylist working

Do not go here!! Major scammers - they had us buy a membership and put money then. Afterwards, they lied and credited us several times for non-existent charges. If you do end up going, do not buy their membership or make sure you keep all your receipts. These guys are super shady scammers

They are scammer. The guy didn’t know how to do hair. I feel bad. My hair was even messier and burned after and I had to pay over $200. I could have done something to my hair at home would be better for sure! Don’t come!

Very nice service. The best shampoo treatment ever. The owner is super kind and takes his time to take care of the clients. I highly recommend this salon. The hair color with organic products is beautiful and soft to the scalp. He also does nice hair updos

Asked for bleaching from black to blonde, guaranteed that they can finish it one day, made me come back the next day to finish up. I understand it is a long process but please don’t tell your clients you are able to do something that you are not capable of. The bleach they used was HARSH and when i told them i was in pain with the bleach on my scalp, they totally ignored it. I came back home with BLOODY scalp and scabs. pain and scalp flakes lasted over 2 weeks to a month. Never coming back. The stylist was very rude and not polite.

Horrible haircut. I told him to keep them length which he did not. He kept chopping my layers. Not to mention I asked for curls with a blow dryer and he didn’t know how to do he did it so he did it with an iron and burned my hair.. They kept hair spraying my eyes and I left with my hair oily at the scalp as well. I definitely do not recommend.

Huge disappointment. All these stylists just want you to pick the more expensive option for perms. They don’t care about how you look at all. I haven’t had such a terrible haircut in years.

I always asked Japanese stylist Mr Ricky to cut hair for me and my daughters. We always sastisfied by his design and his technique. We don't want to take risk to change hair into different styles so his style suits for us, normal, clean, simple beauty

I had one of the best color and wash experiences I’ve ever had at Hair Mode. Sherman is excellent with choosing the right highlights and hair color that lasts for his clients. Amy is meticulous in applying hair color and her wash was exceptionally thorough which flushed out much of the color residue from my sensitive scalp after coloring. Thank you for the giving me top quality care.

I made an appt 2 weeks in advance and when I showed up someone told me they were closed. I then rebooked the appt for today for 11:00am. Showed up and no one is here to see me. They just washed my hair but now it’s another hour wait to have it cut. Poor service and no accountability. Would not come here again. A big disappointment for a new customer.

I’ve had Michael as my hairdresser since 2018, always satisfied. Michael keeps practicing, traveling and studying in various modern cities all over the world. So I’ve never concerned that my hairstyle would be outdated on Michael’s hand. Thank you, Michael!

Facial BDR treatment by Vicky. It was incredible. She is very professional and well experienced. Each session was tailored to my skin's need. I noticed a significant improvement on my face. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in getting a facial treatment.

I wanted to refrain from writing a review, but its been over a week and I am still very very disappointed with my experience. I went in to get some face framing highlights (money pieces). I have attached pictures of the before and after. The stylist parted the hair well and advised that since my hair was so dark and virgin (I have been growing it out for THREE YEARS) he would have to bleach it three times. I have had all of my hair entirely platinum blonde before and maintained that for a year so this sounded right to me, considering my past experience with bleach. Here, however, all of the stylists switch around on other clients, while one is washing another will go blowdry, etc. Somehow or the other, while my hair was in the foils with the bleach, and my eyes are covered by the way the foil was placed, and the fumes were making me doze off, the stylist must have forgotten about me - I am used to the stylist checking in a few times to ensure no harm, but due to his neglect, my hair literally BURNED OFF. It looks fine when it's down, but aside from the front two pieces, almost everything on the right side burned off. He had to give me an undercut I did not want, which, quite frankly, is very unprofessional for the legal field, and I still had to come home and have my brother cut off the remaining hair at the bottom. Now I am left with uneven blotchy blonde pieces and a half shaved head, because he obviously could not keep bleaching it to make it even after that debacle. I cannot wear my hair up without using an obscene amount of gel because it sticks out in spikes on both the right and left side and looks horrendous. I took a chance on this salon because I thought such an easy task could not be messed up - it was just parting out the whole crown, bleaching and toning, but BOY WAS I WRONG. If you come here please make sure you set a timer and pay attention to how long bleach is left in your hair because the stylists WILL NOT. They are too busy working on other clients.

So impressed and satisfied with Hairmode Great Neck. My hairstylist Michael is very patient, experienced and skillful. He gave my hairs amazing curl! Other hairstylists who washed and dried my hair are very friendly too! Modern stylish atmosphere, high quality services and good price! Highly recommend!
