I went in for the first time today as a walk-in and Billy was amazing! The owner was fabulous. I will say ask the price of a service before you get it if you are working with a budget! Definitely going back!!!!💜💜💜💜 I do wish a price list was available to see.

Jenna bends over backwards to accommodate all of her clients and get them seen in a timely manner, even walk-ins, she is good at making chit-chat and makes everyone feel comfortable. You can tell the people that work there like their jobs. She is a very sweet lady.

Loved the workers and environment , but they didn’t tell me how much a dry haircut would be after I mentioned that I’ve never been there. 55$? It was a little outrageous in my opinion. Loved the place, but wish I would’ve known how much the cut was before it was done

First visit with Billy went fabulous, walked out with a beautiful pixie cut. Second visit four weeks later for trim with Billy was a disaster. I don’t know where the miscommunication of trim not a new style went, but obviously lost in translation. Walked out this time with a HOT mess when I went home to actually look at it. Went back and they attempted to fix his errors, but never was able to recreate his previous style. I will say he was sick that day, maybe next time stay at home. I was really excited thinking I found my new stylist, but unfortunately Billy is a one hit wonder for me that is. Sadly I won’t be returning.

I came in wanting a hair cut, my appointment was supposed to be at 4 and when I got there I was told to come back in 45 minutes because the stylist (Jessica) said she was running behind, and she claimed she’d service me right after. I come back thinking she’d be ready for me, but turns out she was working on someone else who wasn’t there when I originally came in. She took someone else knowing she had me down for that appointment. I thought nothing of it at the time since she was the only one working, but she didn’t inform me she’d have another client after she completed her first one. I waited for about 15-20 minutes in the salon and she finally ushers me back. I told her I wanted a trim and to touch up my layers, but to leave the utmost top layer alone. Throughout the hair cut she made multiple remarks about how she was tired and ready to go home. I told her I didn’t want to wet my hair but she ended up soaking it in water and when I told her to be gentle while brushing she disregarded my comment and started carelessly combing through it, catching every knot and tangle with full force. My scalp hurt for days after this visit. When it came to the layers she again disregarded my comment about leaving the top layer alone and proceeded to cut it shorter. In the midst of her cutting my hair one of her friends walked in and came and stood right beside us for the remainder of the hair cut. I strongly believe that she was too distracted by the conversation with her friend to focus on the quality of service she was giving me. At this point she started making comments about how she had to cancel plans that evening because she wouldn’t have been able to make it due to the fact that she was still working. After the hair cut was done, she curved the ends of my hair to frame my face and sent me on my way. Once I finally washed my hair and dried/styled it like normal I noticed my layers were NOT even, and in fact looked like large portions of my hair were missing. She gave me “layers” but they aren’t blendable what so ever. The hair closer to the front of my of my face is 3-4 inches shorter than the rest of my hair and it wasn’t layered their. It looks like she was trying to give me a short hair cut but then remembered I just wanted a few layers so she tried to salvage it by barely cutting or layering the back. The front of my hair looks very blunt and I’m not sure there is anyway for me to fix it except to cut the rest of my hair significantly to match the shortest section.

Great salon. The staff is personable and fun. Everyone really loves their work and cares about their clients. Brittany took great care of me and my hair and was always fun to spend time with. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have shopped plenty of salons to find one that would help me go from red to blonde! The women (and men) in this salon were so patience and kind, and helped me with the process! Brittney really took her time and put all effort into making it happen! And about 3 weeks in, of treating me hair and continuing the process I AM NOW BLONDE! Thanks guys yall are the best!
