I have been going to this salon since a little before May 2024. I always book with Whitney. In fact, this is her salon. ❤️ Whitney is extremely kind, one hell of a conversationalist, and she has the best prices. It’s so funny, we spoke the other day when she was fixing my TERRIBLE rootage. People think the more they spend “the better their hair will look.” As true as that “should” be. It’s not. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have gone to hair benders, the plaza of gunbarrel rd, a couple of salons in Ooltewah, etc. all salons costing well over 200-300$. And you know something. No one ever got it right. Point blank period, dude. If I said “no red tint” I would leave a salon with a red tint. If I wanted “cool blonde” I would leave a salon with some brassy hair. If I was dark and wanted light hair. I would have a dishonest stylist and my hair would become FRIED. One day, I literally googled. “Cheapest hair place in Cleveland.” Heritage beauty salon popped up. IT HAD WOOOOOONDERDUL reviews. I thought, “I am going for it! Surely to God this can’t be any different from any other salon.” Except… it was. THE FIRST FREAKING TRY this women gets me the EXACT color I want. E X A C T My hair wasn’t fried, she did not try to talk me out of what I wanted, she explained the steps to go lighter, she explained what type of shampoo I needed, AND the best part, she was not a snob!! She actually conversed the entire time and was just as sweet as she could be. With own little kick of sass of course. After all she is a hair stylist 💁🏼‍♀️ We have done color, highlights, root touch up, hair trim, bang cut, and tinsles. All for a price that’s well under $200. WELL UNDER! I’m talking 50-100$. Then with a good tip 🤘🏼 OH OH And Whitneys salon now has herbal-like things. Mullin oil, elderberry rub, some fancy teas etc. So, I literally can go get my hair done and leave all the holistic products that I enjoy using which are also priced VERY nicely! Whitney’s salon has a sweet backstory and when you book. Definitely ask about it. It makes your heart warm. Her salon now has facials in which her momma does. Which I can not WAIT to book one after the holidays. 💁🏼‍♀️ Some people like to get rich and charge out the rear for the most basic things. 🙄 and then there are some people who want to make a living, enjoy what they do, and truly love to see a difference in their clients hair and facial expressions before leaving. That’s what this salon is. Friggen amazing is what it is. I’ve never been treated so well at a Salon! ONE MORE THING because my ADHD is everywhere. She did my two little girls hair too! Tinsles 💁🏼‍♀️ they actually stayed in nearly 7 weeks 😅 my oldest daughter still has one tinsel. As loud and talkative as my girls are. Whitney just conversed and made light of it while I was sitting in the chair anxious as all get out. If you want someone who cares about YOUR opinion on YOUR hair, great pricing, EXCEPTIONAL conversation, and just all around an 11/10 experience. Go check out heritage salon. I swear, you will not regret it. Thank you Whitney girl. You and your rock and roll 🤘🏼

I just had an experience that was better than finding the last slice of pizza! Whitney at Hairitage worked her magic on my hair, and let me tell you, she deserves a gold medal in hair cutting—no, wait, let's upgrade that to a Nobel Prize in Beauty! 💇‍♀️✨ From the moment I walked in, Whitney had a vibe that said, “Sit back, relax, and let me transform you into a hair god.” She listened to my wild hair dreams and somehow turned them into reality. I mean, does she have a degree in wizardry? Because my hair looks *so* good now, I’m pretty sure it’s going to start getting fan mail. If you want to leave a beauty salon feeling like you just stepped out of a magazine shoot, go see Whitney at Hairitage. She’s not just a stylist; she’s a hair whisperer! Can’t wait for my next visit—because who wouldn’t want a little more magic in their life? 🪄💖

Made my little guy feel so GOOD! He took selfies and you can just see he feels good! Whitney and Ricky have both cut his hair and he is happy each time! It’s very welcoming, clean and they play good music! :) Thank you guys so much for making him feel good! If I decide to ever cut my hair, it will be here. Definitely recommend!

Staff very friendly. Atmosphere was quiet, relaxing. Music/TV not blaring. Very clean work stations. Easy access from APD 40.

After not cutting my hair for 5 years, I finally broke down and came in as a walk-in. Whitney is absolutely amazing and completely transformed my hair by taking roughly 12 inches off of it. She talked to me like she knew me for years and just made the entire service feel so at-home. I will be coming here any time I need anything done to my hair from now on.

I wanted to like this place as my niece does but not 100 % fan. There was to much personal conversations going on and I don't feel like she listened to me about my hair. All I know is I will probably look elsewhere..

I was in need of a haircut with everyone booked! I booked with Ricky online, which was super easy and convenient! Ricky was super welcoming and friend! Cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I will definitely be going back!

Nice lady cant remember her name.I wanted a short cut and showed the style i wanted.I know hair dressers arent made of magic i get that.But to cut up my hair to the point its chopped uneven is another thing.My cut is basically a mans cut but gapped up all over.Thankfully hair grows back.Unfortunately I will not be returning or recommending this shop.

I was in need of a new hairstylist and decided to try out Hairitage Salon. Whitney did a great job cutting not just my hair, but my mom and my husbands as well. All 3 of us loved her and will be going back! Her salon is super cute and homey feeling too, so that just added to an already great experience! 10/10 recommend!

Whitney is a fantastic stylist. Came here on a whim because my daughter was in need of a cut and we couldn't get an apt soon enough with her regular stylist. So so glad we did. Whitney gave her a perfect wolf cut just like my daughter wanted and at half the price of where we normally go! We will definitely be back!!
