First time customer today and wow, I will definitely be going back! The ladies are so unbelievably kind and patient. Upon arrival I was greeted and found myself in the chair for my wash within 2 minutes (love the punctuality). Janette was not only gracious in answering all of my questions, but she even recommended products (was NOT pushy about me purchasing them and even told me what I did not need). Lovely place and so pleased with the time she took to carefully cut my ends, give me bangs and add layers. 5/5.

I can't say enough about my experience going to Hair Trendz. The salon is clean, staff is organized and my hair looks great every time I leave there. I travel an hour to have Teresa the owner do my hair.

Best hair salon in Bergen County IMHO (and I've been to many). The stylists really care about their customers and it shows in their work. I always get a great cut, color and blow out at Hair Trendz.

Ezzy is the best. Gets rid of my bad part for me. Everyone is super friendly when I come in or at least being polite since I talk a lot.

Beware the Keratin treatment. Paid $300.00 and did not work at all. Owner was rude, unprofessional and sounds quite dumb. She did not even offer to look at my hair and see for herself. She actually hung up the phone. To the owner, stand by the products you use and be honest and fair. Shame on you. On the only positive note, the staff in the back room are fantastic. Responding back to the owners response. The owner is now trying to blame me, the customer for the keratin not working. I used the same keratin shampoo/conditioner I have used in past keratin treatments. Owner also tried to blame the keratin company saying that they changed the formula. I contacted the keratin company and they confirmed their formula had not changed so do not blame me the customer or the product. Be honest and fair. Shame on you twice.

I love this place I havent got a cut from them but today my daughter did 10 years old n thick hair with alot of curls n I have no idea how but they made it look brand new my 17 year old daughter went there after my sister told us about it great people great service n will continue to bring my daughter there so affordable thank you so much for the hard work yall put into my daughters hair n thanks to esmeralda she did there hair n we adore her thanks

I've been getting my hair done at this salon for YEARS. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've gone to multiple stylists and can't say a bad thing about any of them. The owner and staff is always so friendly and inviting. Amy the receptionist is so accommodating and friendly. I've been getting my keratin treatments done at this salon for 8 years or more and have always been happy with the outcome, no matter who has done it. I've recommended co-workers, friends, family, and clients, who have all been happy with Hair Trendz!

I must say, I was extremely nervous about going to a new salon after my previous stylist from a different salon retired. I was looking for a salon close to home and I tried another salon where I was overcharged for "the European experience". I drove by HairTrendz and I said to myself, "local business...try it". I am an eternal pixie cut lover and I know many stylists are not particularly crazy about doing them because the cuts can be time consuming and require up-to-date skills to keep the consumer happy. I made my first appointment to have my hair colored and cut at HairTrendz after being severely disappointed by a different, far too expensive salon. The receptionist was so patient when I voiced my concerns. I'm not picky but when it comes to my hair, well, then, yes, I can be. I was set up with an appointment with Janette and Denise. Upon meeting with each of these professionals, I was completely comfortable in their experience and expertise. Janette mixed colors together which complimented my natural color - needless to say I was completely ecstatic with the results. Denise is a perfectionist who cut my hair EXACTLY how I envisioned it after a thorough consultation and suggestions. I've been here three times now and I will continue to come. The staff is great and you feel so welcomed as soon as you arrive. I have received numerous compliments from people saying that my hair is fabulous and I, 100%, attribute that to the talented hands of these professionals. Always great work!!
