I’ve been going here for years. Lauryn is my go to. But, when she is not available I’ve had another stylist cut my hair. The stylists are all very nice. The owner is friendly. My hair always looks good no matter who cuts and styles it.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Nicole. Stop what you’re doing and book with her NOW! I have never been so satisfied with a service I’ve received in my LIFE! The pictures don’t even do justice. Her work is AMAZING! I knew from the moment we did our consultation my hair would turn out great, she is a great listener and hair stylist.

I posted my review of Kelly’s haircut but I did it wrong so I’m redoing it! Kelly did a wonderful job of cutting and styling my hair, I love the way it Looks and it’s so easy to take care of! Thank you Kelly!😀

Kelly the owner & proprietor of The Hair Studio; fired me, as a Client today 07/17/2023, because I was scheduled to work tomorrow 7/18/2023 & did NOT request the appropriate time off from my employer for my 1pm appointment with her. The best I could do was to arrive at 2pm. Kelly does good work; although she pulls my hair; when washing it. It could be from her nail polish product. In addition, I had purchased hair products costing $35 plus dollars for SHAMPOO, as well as, leaving her 20 percent tips on top of the cost of my Service! Tips are NOT required when the owner of the Salon performs the service, according to Glamour Magazine. However, I paid a gratuity nevertheless. I am semi retired & take pride in my appearance. I am NOT a wealthy person, but am grateful for the blessings God has provided to me. However, I am at the mercy of my job & do NOT control the business needs of my employer. I find that Kelly’s actions were extreme & hurtful. Although, she apologized for refusing to accommodate me. It’s a bold & ARROGANT gesture NOT to retain me, as a Client!!! I usually have Tuesday and Wednesday off; so when I originally scheduled my appointment I based it on, having Tuesday off. Kelly NEVER works on Wednesday, as that is her day off. I am deeply hurt & disgusted by Kelly’s actions. She does take “walk in” appointments & can easily recoup any loss from the appointment that would’ve been my appointment time. Kelly’s reasoning for her denial of service is that when an appointment is cancelled(?); she makes NO MONEY!!!

Tamra Richter-Martinez is a true professional! Her cuts and color are amazing. She's very well educated in dealing with the health of the hair and uses care in the products she uses. I won't go anywhere else. Everyone is very nice and friendly.

I see Kelly and my wife sees Lauren. Both are excellent and what they do and very friendly and we have been very impressed. Very easy to get a haircut outside of standard 9-5 business hours, and they do a great job of reminding you of your appt ahead of time. Would recommend to anyone!

Love this business. Kelly has been doing my hair since I moved to the NE part of town. She also did my hair when I got married and I could not have been happier. I tell anyone I know where to go when they need a new stylist!
