Kim is amazing!! I have never had so many compliments on my hair in my life! The salon is beautiful and very clean. Kim is so awesome to talk to. She actually does my son’s hair, my sister’s hair, my mom’s hair and my stepdad! We all started going there because she does such a fantastic job! I always feel so beautiful after! There is no way I’ll go to anyone else. ❤️😍 💇‍♀️

I don’t usually don’t write reviews but I feel that Kim deserves to be recognized for the amazing hair transformation she has done to my hair over the last 17 years. She always does such an an amazing job with my highlights,, hair coloring and haircuts. I always get so many compliments from people for my hair and they always want to know who is my hair colorist. Kim it’s very professional, punctual, and kind. Her clients adore her for her skill and her kind and genuine personality. Thsnk you for making my hair so beautiful over thr years. You are the BEST, Kim!!!

I was referred by a friend to visit Kim’s salon in Sacramento for haircut years ago and I continue to see Kim to for her amazing skills and talents on my hair! And I have referred lots of my family members to visit her. I have done hair transplants for my thinning hair and she is very careful to always to make her haircuts to be seamless so people don’t notice the scars on my scalp. She’s very kind and personable, we always chat about life and family! And Kim always has gone out of her way to squeeze me in for urgent appointments! She is also very efficient! Kim has the best hair salon in Sacramento and is a professional hair pro that can tailor any hairstyle and color for men and women!

I would have given 10 stars if possible. The salon was super clean and has the best products. Kim is simply the best and super sweet! I got highlights and a hair cut. Iv been getting the best compliments on my hair! Thank you so much Kim!!!

I’ve been getting haircuts from Kim for over 20 years. She is as nice as they come, she does a great job, her prices are reasonable and she’s never running behind with her appointments. I highly recommend her.

The best. Kim can transform anyone's mop of a hair into a style that shows you really care about what you look like. And at a very affordable price. I almost don't want to say how good she is, because she might just get too many more customers. But I'll tell you, she is worth the wait. I will usually call ahead to see how busy she is and come in when she says. My wife says the hair cut makes me look cool like a cucumber.

Their service is not bad however the staff needs to be trained properly when it comes to customer service. Recently, I called the salon to book an appointment for a haircut session. The lady said she had an opening in the afternoon and then asked for my name. After I gave her my name, she suddenly wanted to hang up telling that she would give me a call back. I thought she was with another customer and hence took it normally. Later when I arrived at the salon, she told me that she meant to call me back only if there was a spot available. First of all, she didn't say that clearly and even if she did, she wanted to hang up the phone so quickly I wonder anyone would understand her. Secondly, if there wasn't any spot available, it didn't make sense to take down my name. Anyway, she said she couldn't accommodate me as there was another customer coming soon. The most frustrating thing was she didn't even apologize - not even say "sorry". I don't think I am going back. I understand English is not her first language but that shouldn't be used as an excuse for terrible communication skills. So, if you are visiting this salon, make sure you are on the same page as the staff.

I found Kim last year after moving to Sacramento via a quick google search. Best find ever ! She’s now done my regular hair cuts for several months, plus I dyed my hair for the first time with her. Each time I leave I feel like those people who get make overs in movies because she does an insanely good job. To top it off, she’s super quick! the first she cut my hair I think I was in and out in 20 minutes. She even does a quick style that makes my hair look gorgeous at the end each time. Her customer service is really efficient and caring. Definitely would recommend to anyone ! - Yesi :)
