Rayla is a hair artist! She always knows how to execute the perfect blends of color to make a hair vision come true. I’ve been getting my hair done by Rayla since 2013 and it’s always a fabulous grow out between appointments. She’s open minded and will explain the process on how to achieve the hair vision. She’s the only person I’d trust with my hair. She is such a bright soul and will light up your life and appointments!

Years ago I enjoyed getting my hair colored and cut by Rayla when she worked in a Folsom salon. Both of us eventually moved on to other salons. In Aug. 2022 I was looking for a stylist to color my hair for a reasonable price, and I was excited to see that Rayla was back working in Folsom. Rayla has a warm and upbeat personality, and I love getting my routine color touch-ups from her. When my hair gets too long, Rayla gives me a couple of options for the haircut. She also has given me highlights a few times that I loved. Rayla is a skilled hair stylist who I highly recommend!

Rayla gave me the best haircut! I usually can’t wear my hair down because it looks so lumpy and frizzy. But Rayla cut it so well that now it has a beautiful shape and shows all the right smooth curls. She was able to bring out the natural beauty, and I get so many compliments now.

I haven’t had a cut and color since 2020. I’ve been sporting the gray hippie, granny look. Finally got tired of it. I went to Rayla. I didn’t know what I wanted, but she gave me the best haircut highlights, and brought this gray hair of mine up-to-date. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.. I was pretty much completely gray and she did some magic. I feel really really good. Highly recommend.

My two teenage daughters and I have our hair colored and styled by Rayla. She is the best to work with- asks the right questions to make sure she is taking care of us. One of my daughters wanted to lighten her dark brown box-dyed hair and Rayla suggested adding dimension instead of a flat color which turned out amazing!

Rayla is a true artist! She talks to you first finding out what you want to do with your hair. And then she creates magic every time I leave her studio I feel that my hair looks and feels amazing!!! I receive compliments all the time!

Enjoyed my experience with Ray, she is a caring and friendly person. Took time to understand what kind of hair color and cut I was looking for. When your meeting a new person to do your hair it can be overwhelming and a little nervous. She has a sweetness and caring personality. I felt very comfortable and will be seeing her again to keep my hair looking beautiful. So if your looking for a new place. She is your person.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Rayla a few weeks ago, and loved it. My hair cut looks good styled or just wet dried naturally. She is so sweet, beautiful and interesting it was fun just chit chatting with her!

Purchased a Groupon, and haven't had a decent haircut in a very long time. After having extensions and breaking most of my hair and trying to grow it out I came to Ray today and she gave me a very cute feathery layered haircut that compliments the shape of my oval face and gave me a lot of body that I needed for my thin hair. Especially enjoyed talking with Ray, and learning about her unique and very talented art skills and drawings. She was fun to talk to, very positive and I definitely recommend her and will be coming back in the future! Thank you Ray my hair feels great!!

I’ve been going to Rayla for many years. I always feel 10 pounds lighter and 10 years younger after her magic color and cut. I’m 63 and much cooler and happier because of her. She’s my artist . I’m her art.
