A very cost-effective hair salon. Nick is very attentive and professional. He has done a new hairstyle and nutrition. The hair is much softer than before. I highly recommend this place. I will come back next time.

Randomly stumbled across this hair salon and so happy I did. I’ve never been happier with a haircut before I have longer hair and I’m always nervous when getting a haircut, but my hairstyles listen to exactly what I wanted and did not disappoint. My stylist took his time and cut my hair and styled it to perfection I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you so much Zheng love my hair!

I had my first haircut with Nick yesterday. I’m Very happy with the service! Nick listened to my requests and gave me very helpful suggestions. While the shop doesn’t look fancy, he offers great services. The price was very reasonable. Would recommend it to my fellow Asian folks!

I recently visited this salon, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Nick, the owner and my stylist, is a truly nice guy who took the time to answer all my questions and even offered great fashion advice on how to style my hair. His understanding of Asian hairstyles is spot-on, and he executed my cut with precision and style. I made my hair appointment with the owner 2 weeks in advance for 11am. Arrived at 11:04am and was told to sit down and wait. From then, I waited for 2 hours without getting my hair color!!!! I got a bottle of water and a few pieces of hair chopped off to test out if they can be bleached. The owner did not apologize or keep me posted on when he will be done with another client. Very disappointed and upset with the situation because I have made my appointment and showed up as agreed! The owner has no respect for my time and no proper arrangement for his clients!!! I have never ever gotten such poor service in my entire life! Will never go back and will not recommend it to anyone!!! This owner doesn’t know how to treat customers right!! —————————————————————— Updates: In response to the owner who replied in Chinese, he just stated I did not mention the time it takes to test a sample a strand of my black hair to bleach. His suggestion is for me to just continue to dye my own hair in black by myself sarcastically. So here’s my question, does it take 2 hrs to find out if black hair can be bleached when he told me that it only takes 10 min to find out??? This tells me that the owner does not have any experience with dying black hair. All I expected was for him to tell me how long I would need to wait while he had another customer in my time slot. Or to just ask me to reschedule. More importantly to just apologize to me for him not keeping the appointment. I hope to spread the words out so others don’t need to experience the same as me. Again, I waited patiently and quietly for 2 hrs without being acknowledged.

It took Nick, the hairstylist, a whole day to patiently treat my previously discolored hair, and finally, it has transformed into the style I love! Nick is amazing! His dedication and hard work truly make him an exceptional hairstylist!

A rare gem. I’ve been going to this place almost a year for my hair bleaching/coloring/cuts, and they’re amazing. They do know how to handle Asian hair. Prices are SUPER affordable and almost can’t be beaten in the area. A year in and still amazed every visit. It can get busy on weekends so I’d recommend visiting them on weekday. But I’d say any wait is definitely worth it. P.s., you don’t want to miss out on their shampoo chair that comes with an incredible massage feature…

About a month ago, Nick helped trim my daughter’s long and thick hair. I sat alongside and observed how he cut her hair. I noticed that the way he cut my daughter’s hair is different than others. He’s just got the skills! I know that I would be back to give it a try myself. So today is my turn! I got a trim and color done by Nick and he did an AMAZING job again! I really appreciate a hairstylist who is not only patient, but super technical with cuts! He clearly knows what he’s doing! It’s truly a hidden gem in the area. We will be back again for sure! I had a fantastic experience at this salon! Nick and Jerry demonstrated exceptional care while bleaching and dyeing my hair, investing a dedicated 10 hours into the process. Despite the late hour, their patience prevailed, and they didn't rush anything. The wait is well worth it. I mean a balayage takes time. Plus it turns out better than expected. Nick is very patient. I did it before my photoshoot in Japan and it looks great. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

原本想着随便找个地方剪短头发，没想到 25刀 的剪发结果超出我的想象, 真的会会听你讲话，剪的也很认真，普通标准推荐Jerry ，高标准推荐Nick，这是Jerry自己说的，他之前一直在快剪店做 论剪发经验经比不上Nick，因为Nick 有20几年的美发经验。不错的一家店 就是装修稍微差了点 不过不影响美发结果。

我本身要做的是三个小时可以做完的补发根画染，他挑挑拣拣只做了三分之一个头，一个小时的撑死，结果因为他想同时搞多个客户，整整折腾了四个半小时。进去和出来唯一的区别就是离近了以为我长了白头发，远处看没一点区别。没有tone 没有shampoo，还收了double process的钱。真的是堵得慌

I went in to get my shoulder length hair trimmed into a Bob and I walked out with an uneven horrible not a bob cut. Complete waste of money it still looks horrible one side of my face is cut at cheek level the other is chin level she said it was due to the way my hair is parted I will never return and waste money again there

I am so happy that Alamdea County has FINALLY let hair salons reopen. Even though right now it is only outside hair cut with apt. It was GREAT to have someone I trust cut my hair. I love my hair cut which was long overdue. Now I can send the rest of the family, I am sick of trying to cut their hair at home. We have been going to Hair #1 too many years to count....Hair #1 is freindly, good prices and a great hair cut for the whole family!

Those who work there are really welcoming & friendly! Eva & Minnie help take care if their clients! They've been great to my my elderly mom & Aunt when they need to get their hair cut, styled or permed. They have alot of return clients children to young & older adults! Reasonably priced for their hair cut & styling services! Call for appointment. Parking is ample & there's handicap parking. Local Manor post office, Lynn's Nails (open outdoor service currently), Ga Hing chinese food restaurant, 911 restaurant & bar, Mel's Liquors & few other shops! Next to where Manor Bowl used to be that's now boarded up to be redeveloped!
