Caroline rocks. She was so professional and extremely nice. She pampered me and relaxed me. From the facial to the neck chest and arm massage and hair and scalp massage - everything was great. And when it was over she sat me up and massaged my back which was a complete surprise. I will definitely return. Coming back next week, week of Jan 27, not sure what day hopefully Caroline will be available

I drove all the way from Baton Rouge just to experience the magic of headicure. My goodness it did not disappoint. Truly the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had and I’d probably go weekly if I lived closer. First, my hair and scalp were analyzed and they made recommendations for hair products to suit my needs. I got the ginger scalp treatment which smelled amazing and was placed meticulously on my scalp while helping with some dry patches I had. Then I got to lay in the head spa area and it was pure bliss from then on. I have very sensitive skin and all the masks they did didn’t irritate me at all. I came out with glowy fresh skin without redness and the cleanest scalp I’ve had in years. They used a Dyson hair drier after for a nice simple blow dry. Also used olaplex oil after as well. 200/10 would recommend and will be returning again!

My fiance and I both got the ultimate headicure treatment. Overall, this was a great experience. Pros: very relaxing service, good products used (Purology, Dyson hair dryers, etc), friendly staff, great value. Cons: the environment was not very private - there are 4 tables right next to each other with a sheer curtain separating the tables at the foot area. Some parts of the service were abrupt and I might've preferred knowing what to expect before the service/before they were used (the use of a washcloth over the eyes that had water continuously poured on it and the use of chilled glass balls on the face). Some parts felt a little impersonal. I would book again!

I came here with my friends for a girls day, it was the perfect spa day. I didn't know what to expect coming in but it was just what we needed! Very relaxing, will be back!

I had the most awesome Ultimate headacure yesterday with Leah. She was awesome from my facial, shoulders, arms, back and hair wash. It was the absolute best. I will definitely be back. If you haven't experienced an ultimate headacure by all means schedule one. You will not be disappointed.

If you haven’t tried this place out it’s a MUST!!!! Especially with the kids going back to school and us overstressed moms take a mommy’s day and make sure to check this place out. It was absolutely amazing.

I had an amazing hair facial and rejuvenating facial ❤️ Tiffany was SO kind and I have never felt more relaxed in my life. I'm about to graduate and getting the hair facial made my hair and scalp feel soft as silk while helping me lose much of my graduation stress! I will absolutely be back and look forward to booking with Tiffany again. The rest of the staff was polite, informative and extremely professional. The spa was clean and I had an excellent experience

This was a birthday gift from my fiancée. AMAZING! Winnie did an awesome job of catering to my scalp needs. Relaxed doesn't even begin to describe it. The skin cleansing, massage, conditioning and the surprising back massage at the end topped it off. Definitely coming back!

WE FINALLY made it to Luxy! We originally had these appointments scheduled in February but due to a sudden death in the family had to reschedule; the customer service and compassion just over the phone during this difficult time speaks volumes about the business they run, and we sincerely cannot thank them enough. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Luxy today. We had three services and we all left extremely pleased. The staff was very friendly, and the facility was very clean. We will absolutely be back!
