Obsessed! The whole team here is incredible! Kayla and Jocelyn have seen me through so many colors and have kept my hair healthy through it all. Bonus, the salon is so cool with the most incredible art and hair stations. You really feel like you’re in a playground where anything can happen! You can trust this team with all of your hair adventures!

STUNNED. Everyone here is talented and friendly, the shop is colorful and tasteful, and the haircut leaves you renewed. Was offered a delicious iced coffee while I was helped, a welcomed bonus. I love it here and posting my very first review just to let everyone know. Jocelyn is a dream and I will be coming back forever. Thank you HAIR LA!!

This was my first time at this salon and I love it here! The space is very welcoming and beautifully decorated with a lot of personality making you feel at home. Riley took such good care of me and i’m so happy with how my hair came out. Will be coming back to see her again! 10/10

EDIT 2: continues to be the best. Coming here for life! EDIT: my next appointment was just as amazing as the first time. Love!!!! DOMINIQUE IS THE BEST cut and colorist. 💜💜💜 Looked up cool hairstylists in LA and wanted to cut and color and got such immediate response via text and phone so customer service is incredible. Dominique did my red hair and she isn’t only a colorist but does incredible haircuts too! Last but not least vibes are IMPECCABLE inside. Love.

I found HAIR while looking for a new salon when I moved to LA and I’m SO glad I found it. Kayla and Joc are absolute sweethearts and did an amazing job on my hair. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a change ❤️

Poor customer service. Filled out a consultation form online. Heard back a day later and had a call with one of the employees to discuss the cost estimate and availability. At the end of the phone call after scheduling an appointment and already getting a confirmation via text she asked for my credit card information over the phone for cancellation purposes. I informed her I had no problem putting the money down to make the appointment firm but she said they could only take my card information over the phone which ie expressed I was not comfortable with. She said she would contact me again by the end of the day to see what options were available. I informed her that would be okay and to text me since I would not be able to answer calls. I only received a phone call from them and never a follow-up text. I assumed they would move forward with the appointment saying I continued to get texts about the appointment. The day before the appointment I got an email saying my appointment was canceled. They had a week from the booking and the appointment to contact me, I would not be disappointed if they tried a bit to get ahold of me but they showed no effort to communicate. Will not use their services or recommend them to others. Waisted time I could have used to schedule an appointment before the holidays hit.

This place is incredible. Daniel and his team pay incredible close attention to detail and ensured my hair looked the best it’s ever looked. The atmosphere and energy here are incredible. I will never go anywhere else for my hair needs.

Where your hair dreams will come true!! Especially for creative color. I have been Kayla’s client for 3.5 years now. She’s done fun hair color on me and is always super patient along the process. It is truly a fun experience with her. The space is stunning and the rest of the staff is super friendly. I love spending time at the salon! Lots of love for HAIR!!!

Kaitlyn did what I thought was impossible. My hair is incredible, the tone amazing. So easy and even though transforming this hair took a minute in that chair time did not drag for a second the energy of everyone there is great.
