I’ve gone to Hair Havok twice and have my 3rd appointment with Brenna. She is amazing at what she does and leaves me feeling more confident and hair- healthy than before! Also, the place is super cool and offers so much more services than just hair! Couldn’t recommend any more!!!

Brenna is AMAZING!!! She’s one of (if not the) best hairstylists at Hair Havok. She always goes above and beyond for her clients and has a knack for knowing which cut, color, and style will best fit anyone’s personality/aesthetic. Truly an amazing artist.

Great atmosphere, poor service! Zoe was very unfriendly. She treats her customers more like inconveniences than clients. I have also noticed this salon uses semi-permanent color so your hair color will fade faster and you'll have to come back more often (which is ironic given how burdensome they make you feel upon arrival).

I absolutely loved my experience! It had been a little over a year that I had done anything to my hair since the birth of my baby and I was a little nervous to step into a salon again but Jennifer made it such a wonderful experience and made me feel confident in myself again. I will definitely be coming back to not only Hair Havok but to Jennifer for any changes that I do to my hair!

I cannot recommend Hair Havok enough! All the staff is VERY friendly and accommodating! I have been coming here for years and Vanessa has been nothing but a dream. She always makes time for me and my crazy ideas. I have vivid colored hair and Vanessa and Zoe always recommend great products to use that they have in the salon! Several of my friends have came as well and cannot speak highly enough of this place!

I just stepped out of Hair Havoc Salon with Zoe and LOVE my hair!! This review is long overdue, I've been getting my hair done by Zoe since 2018 and I can honestly say there is no other like her!  With her awesome color skills, style knowledge and rock star personality, I'm lucky to get her personal touch! What I love most is how Zoe listens and executes what you want, while at the same time, always explains what personalized options are the best fit for you! I love this place and my girl who does my hair. A little disappointed from this past appointment. While I love my hair I would’ve like to make a few changes. I felt like the proper attention wasn't paid to it, especially my haircut. Somehow my stylist got double booked, which is absolutely not her fault. It was disappointing however as I felt like I was being rushed through my haircut and felt moved a bit too hastily to ask for any changes as the other client was waiting. I became to embarrassed and worried I would have to wait longer and possibly be charged more to make the desired changes. Ultimately I left with un-styled and semi damp hair, which is definitely not the end of the world, just unfortunate when you are paying for the best hair and feeling the best when you leave. Overall I still love this place and will continue to come back here and to my stylist.

I’ve moved here from Brazil 5 years ago and since I got here I never trusted anyone with my hair, until I found Autumn! From all the people that I’ve let take care of my hair I’ve never had anyone like her, ever since my first haircut with her I cannot trust anyone else. I drive one hour to see her and let me tell you; IT IS SO WORTH IT! She is so well experienced and has such a light hand! I keep joking with her that I am never letting anyone else touch my hair but little does she knows is the truth 😂 She is not only amazing as what she does but she has an amazing vibe and always make sure to listen to my ideas and my visions and make sure to bring them to life but 100000x better! The salon itself its so cute and always clean, they sell a bunch of different products and if you like crystals and cute things this is the place to go! Everything is just perfect! Autumn thank you so much for being so sweet and kind and taking care of me, I couldn’t ask for a better hairdresser ❤️

The coolest salon in the area, hands down. They’ve got a fun edgy spooky vibe year round. And I mean, who doesn’t like getting their hair done while feeling like I’m being haunted by a ghost? Seriously though, I’ve been coming here and seeing Zoe for a few years now and absolutely love this place. I’ve gotten both “normal” and fun colors done and all types of hair cuts. Highly recommend this salon, you’ll be in good hands whoever you book with.

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH HOPE! I came in from Texas to see Hope. She has been a cosmetologist for 10+years now and I've followed her for color appointments since 2013! I wanted a change and decided to dye my hair for the New Year. I contacted Hope and she was very professional, helpful, had clear and open communication and responded very quickly to all of my questions as always! The salon is very cute with a lot of parking! After my consultation with Hope I decided to go darker. I absolutely LOVE how my hair turned out! I always get concerned about darker hair washing out my skin tone but what she formulated completely compliments who I am and my look! She is a great conversationalist with superb customer service skills! Color is charged by the hour but she is incredibly efficient with her time and does not take advantage of customers whatsoever. Since mine was an all over single color on long hair she was like super woman knocking out the color application! My hair is super shiny and soft and I'm obsessed with it! Seriously. Book. With. Hope! She is fantastic with color and she is also very talented with braiding!

I can not stress enough how happy I am with my cut and color that Zoe did on me today. From booking the appointment, to consulting about what my vision was, to the execution - it was too notch every step of the way. As someone with natural red hair I have always been hesitant to dye it. However recently I was feeling that it was a little “dull”. I wanted to be summer ready by adding some sunkissed blonde to my hair and Zoe absolutely nailed it. The cut is perfect, the amount of blonde added is perfect and I am BEYOND stoked on how it turned out. Thank you Zoe & all Hair Havok Team!

I love this place. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They have my business for a long time. Roxy has great interpersonal skills and is very talented in the art of hair. I did an oil slick style. Also the owner Zoe is a very invested person and wants only the best for her customers. She recommended a few products to help improve my hairs health.

They need to redo their policies. Making an appointment is annoying. They have you go through a second hand website. Create an account and have a credit card on file…. I went to check my appointment the night before, and showed no appointment. Didn’t bother me bc my grandfather was in the hospital with RSV and wanted to visit him. I get an email that says I’m being charged $335 for a no show…. I’m sorry what?! Their policy says you must pay 50% of the hair appointment you missed. So the hair appointment was going to be $600? I was never informed of the whole total. I texted them saying this isn’t fair because I didn’t receive a confirmation, and they were being rude. I was supposed to be a first time client… I explained what happened and they would not help. They were not sympathetic at all. My tattoo artist requests a non refundable deposit of $100. It is explained that it will not be given back if you do not show, and it goes towards the tattoo if you do show. They need a system like this. Not just charging people “50%” when they do not even know what that 50% even is. I never agreed to an almost $700 appointment. I would have taken my business else where. Real shame because the girls look very talented but the lack of communication was not okay.

Zoe has been able to do exactly what I want (including rescuing my hair when I tried to bleach it myself!) every time. The prices are very reasonable and my hair is somehow softer AFTER she bleaches it. I'm so lucky to have found Hair Havok!
