Paula did an awful job. I walked in with mid butt length hair, wanted a hair cut but to still leave with long hair to my belly button. I walked out with bra strap length hair instead and the most blocky blunt cut I have ever seen. So not only is my years of growth gone but it looks like I cut it at home myself straight out a ponytail. I now have bangs as well when I asked for just face framing pieces/angles. While at the salon I did know it was much shorter than I originally wanted but it's already cut and can't add the hair back on & with how she brushed and pushed my hair the bluntness of the cut wasnt visible. Once getting home and playing around with it is when the real cut showed & honestly i think my 3 year old could have done better. I don't recommend this salon unless you want the complete opposite of what you asked for or want whatever you asked for to go in one ear and out the other.

I have visited this salon and spa for many services over the years and have always had a great experience. 5 years ago I moved to Florida, so I haven’t been in a while. I was lucky to be gifted the product line LyGari, created by Lynda. My hair loves it!!! I used the shampoo, conditioner, and styling product. I’m now hooked. What a great gift! I recommend this product line 100%.

I took my 7 year old here. The hair dresser Mary was so kind, and really took her time to make my little one feel comfortable and appreciated. Her hair came out perfect too, and my youngest loves it

Our daughters wedding was held at The Barn at Wights Farm, and the location to the Hair Gallery was perfect! But even better, Alyssa and Zoe were amazing!! Thank you Ladies!!

Rated 1 star because the site wouldn’t allow 0 Went in for some butt cheek work. I warned them about the carbuncle. A topic im very sensitive about. The waxing started off fine, but I knew something was wrong when they broke out the sandpaper. When I came to, my carbuncle had been sanded smooth and was no where to be found. They promised a discount, yet I was charged for both cheeks. I showed them my coupon for my 15% off cheek service which they didn’t honor. This miserable experience ended up costing me 11.95 and the loss of my carbuncle.

Tracy does a professional waxing service and uses only the kindest wax and has a great attitude and mannerism that puts me at ease. I also see Mary who is thr ultimate hair colorist and stylist. Love her! You can't go wrong for any service at Hair Gallery!🔥 amazing products and staff!

We had a large bridal party for hair and makeup there last weekend and all the staff were super nice and friendly and they did an amazing job with all the girls hair and makeup. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful and they were very accomodating for a few changes. I highly recommend them and would use them again

Zoe gave my daughter an haircut and she loves it! Zoe was sweet and took the time to listen to my daughters requests for what she wanted as far as layers and did it just like she wanted and she LOVES it! Thank you!!

Always an amazing experience here. Alyssa’s work always comes out amazing.The staff is so sweet and they provide you with refreshments and make you very comfortable. Fair pricing, lots of services provided, and i always leave happy with my hair and eye brows 🙃

I used the hair gallery salon & spa for my wedding hair & make up for myself and bridal party and they did absolutely amazing , my hair does NOT stay curled , when I went for my trial I expressed this and Alyssa made sure she was prepared for that , gave me tips on what to do/ not to do the day of the wedding with my hair to allow me to have the best long lasting curls. My hair stayed beautifully curled and in place for 12 hours , I couldn’t believe it . The amount of compliments made me so happy ! Zoey did my make up , and as being someone who doesn’t wear make up really ever I can’t express how beautiful I felt , but how ME I felt at the same time. I truly can’t express how thankful I am for everyone who helped myself and my bridal party to feel their most beautiful self for the best day of my life. All my bridal party ladies loved their hair and make up and theirs also lasted the entire night. Thank you so much for everyone who assisted us on the day of my wedding ! 😊

This was my first haircut since covid started and previously I always got buzz cuts at great clips so this was a much different experience than I'm used to. Zoey did a fantastic job with the hair cut and was friendly and personable. I'll definitely swing by when I need a trim again!

Zoey did an incredible job -haircut. All staff ] are very friendly, greeted with a 😊 The salon is clean and nicely decorated! Prices average. I'm so glad I found this place. It's so hard to find a good hair stylist! I needed a bit more length taken off from the first haircut.,. No hesitation from salon, and n/c. Perfect cur- Thanks Zoey!

A friend said she could give me a quick trim, she ended up messing my hair up so badly. I called HG mid afternoon to see if they could get me in within a couple of days. As a new client I thought the wait time would be longer. After explaining my situation they scheduled me for that same night! Mary worked with me to help save my hair without taking off much more length! So happy with the service and quality of salon, will definitely be back and will recommend!

During the pandemic I let my hair go natural (platinum) and long. Desperately needed an update & new style, I went to see Mary at Hair Gallery. We discussed options, decided on a plan and she never cut without discussing with me first. End result, an awesome shorter feathery look that is perfect for me. Thanks Mary for your expertise in affecting the change. Love it!! 😍😍

Moved to the area about a year ago and needed to find a new salon for regular color and cut. It was easy to make an appointment in a timely way that is convenient for me. I was scheduled with Ashley and she is great. She was able to color match my current color easily. She is always attentive to changes I request or advice me when she sees the need when styling my hair. The salon is comfortable, they care for my needs and I feel safe with protocols being used during the pandemic.

I hadn’t gotten a haircut since before COVID-19 so I had about 15 months worth of damaged, dry, split end hair. I was nervous to go because of the pandemic but knew I needed a haircut desperately. I was so pleasantly surprised to see the COVID precautions that they took. They kept everything super clean and organized and it made me feel very safe. My hairdresser gave me such a cute haircut and between the service I got and the COVID precautions, I was very happy! I will definitely be going back! (:
