I booked a massage for my husband. Specifically asking for deep tissue. Prior to his massage he had to fill out paperwork and he specified deep tissue. About halfway through what turned out to be a light back rub, he asked if this was what she considered deep tissue massage. She said “ no,is that what you want “. He said yes and asked if she even read the paperwork he was told to fill out. She told him she doesn’t have time to read them. Total waste of time. Why ask on the phone and require filling out paperwork if you’re not going to listen to what was requested. The cashier asked if he wanted to leave a tip, and he said absolutely not. She questioned why and he told her everything written above. She told him that the manager/owner was not in but he could call the next day. He told her he wasn’t going to call but told her to have the owner call him if she was interested in what his experience was. To date, no phone call.. I guess she was not interested..

I have been coming to this salon on and off for twenty years. Great quality of services offered and provided. Affordable. Relaxing experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. The reason why I did not give the salon five stars is because there is no pricing transparency from ownership. The prices on the website are incorrect and there is no pricing board in receptionist/waiting area of the salon. I understand inflation has been difficult plus stylists are allowed to price their services but it dampens the experience when you have no idea what you are going to pay each time you go to the salon especially when patronizing the salon often.

Great place to go for a massage. They are also a full salon. Very pleasant atmosphere with kind staff. Seemed to have fair pricing. Looking g forward to returning!

I thought Mitchell's was the best until I came here. They do it all and they do it better. This is a gem tucked away in white oak corner of Jessup and Cheviot. Love this place!!

I've been going to Nicole at Hair Forum as long as I can remember and always have a fantastic experience. Not only does Nicole do a wonderful job, everyone I encounter there is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend! Update 8/17/23 still love this place! Today I had a comedy of errors and was nearly half an hour late. Nicole got creative with her timing still managed to squeeze me in. So appreciative!

I wish I could remember who did my hair back in April, but she did an awful job! My hair doesn't even grow back right anymore, and seems to be chopped up in like 8 different lengths. Won't ever be back.

I usually get my hair done by Autumn, but Autumn was unavailable so they booked me with Keirra, I was worried because I had never gone to her before. We talked for a few minutes about hairstyles, and by the time she was done cutting and blow drying my hair it was absolutely beautiful. She did exactly what we talked about. I really love going to Hair Forum, the decor gives off a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and everyone is so friendly.
