everyone here is so sweet. Gabrielle did my hair and i’m shocked at how good she did for the price!! I got a haircut and blowout with bangs and layers and she listened carefully to how i specifically wanted it and made sure as we went along that I liked it. I was skeptical at first but i’ll be coming back!!!

I've never felt more relaxed and cared for when it comes to a hair stylist; normally I don't get the wash when I come, because I wash it when I get home in the shower to get all the tiny bits of hair off me. This time I said "y'know what why not", and oh my God let me tell you I can't believe I haven't gotten this sooner. Michaela was absolutely amazing and exceptionally careful to make sure I was comfortable, checking the water temp, and the way she gave me almost a full on scalp massage left me so relaxed I damn near fell asleep in the chair. This girl needs to be making twice what she makes, because she is an absolute gem; I never thought I'd have another favorite hair stylist after my local place closed (R.I.P. Hangar Clippers), but now I have. I plan to make this shop my regular from now on and will probably only come whenever Michaela is available. SHE'S AWESOME! Thank you all, and I wish everyone at the Darien location a safe and Happy New Years!!!! Here's to 2025!

Erika is really good she knows what she is doing. She always listen to customer. She is so polite and respectful person. I am with Erika more than 5 yrs and very happy.

Worst appointment system. Hair cut was done for 9 year old without basic drying, left dripping on entire clothes and shivering. When asked for the drying service, stylist denied saying she is up for her next appointment. Who would opt for hair wash and cut without hair dry service for 10 year old? Basic empathy is missing.

Very bad service, very bad haircuts. I would never suggest anyone to come here! I showed the black woman what kind of haircut I wanted, she introduced herself to me as having 14 years of experience, as she sucked me in, I wouldn't give her a year, not 14 years as she said! and They are very expensive and very bad service. Disaster, never again!!!!!

I had scheduled an appointment with CJ for 230. The appointment was changed without asking me for 245 then a voicemail was left for me asking if I could switch it to three and I said when I called back that if it was going to be later than three then please let me know because I didn’t have the time, I got there and finally her superior asked her how much longer she was going to be and she said at least another 15 minutes and then asked if I wanted to reschedule without even apologizing when I first got there or letting me know right away. I feel like that was handled poorly and then she should respect peoples time more. This was for a partial haircut, and a fix to layers from the previous week, so not something that would’ve been quick - she should’ve planned ahead better.

I haven't had a perm in about 6 mos. Needed one. Gabrielle was very efficient in rolling and applying the solutions. It turned out exactly like I wanted it. Will come back again for other services.
