Jolena matched my color perfectly. She's very experienced lifelong hairdresser and congenial while not being overly talkative or loud or intrusive. Great experience. I've now been twice and finally found a fantastic local professional.

Tim was awesome! He is truly one of the best in his profession!! He not only listened attentively to my "great" & "worst" past experiences with other hairstylists but also took the time to do what needed to be done in order to give me the cut I was hoping for and more!!!

Joleena is very nice but she shouldn’t be working with color- I came in for regular highlights and left the salon looking like a cheetah. Luke used to do my hair and he is no longer there so they rescheduled me with Joleena instead. I now have 3 different colors in my hair, there are patches where it looks just like wide orange stains.. nothing looks cohesive neither professional. Sadly she doesn’t know how to apply foils neither toners properly. She tried to “fix “ a part of it but I declined as I don’t trust she was able to make anything better. Again she was very nice but not sure if she is a stylist? I won’t be coming back but I don’t want anyone else to experience this either.. I have never left a salon looking worse but I guess there is a first for everything :(

Very disappointing experience. Came in with several reference pictures for a layered look with face framing pieces and bangs to make my styling easy for my hair dresser, and came out looking no different than when I entered. Literally no styling was done. I also made the appointment for a full deluxe blow out but the hair dresser decided to straighten it instead and left me with a half ass, frizzy mess. I’ve gotten plenty of great haircuts at Hair Cuttery before with great results each time from stylists who took their time to give me the style I wanted, but this time the stylist seemed lazy and like he wanted me out of there asap. What should have been my usual 1.5 hour appointment took 40 minutes. $100 wasted. Either the stylist is a beginner with little to no experience with styling hair or he just didn’t care. Needless to say, don’t waste your time at this location.

So disappointed :( I came in to have my roots bleached and the stylist probably should’ve done it in two sessions. My hair wasn’t lightened enough. Last photo is reference to the blonde I was, a very light blonde. I just wanted my roots to be bleach and toned to match. I left with yellow roots, silver all over, and red/brown in the back. She didn’t apply the color quick enough to process the back as fast as the front. But even the front the roots weren’t lightened enough for the toner. She didn’t mix a unique toner she had me pick from a formula flip book. When she washed my hair she never rinsed the back I came home with product in the back. I’m really sad because it was $120 and money is tight for everyone right now.. they will not give me a refund they want the same stylist to fix it after I said I would prefer for someone else to work on it. Then they said they can’t do it until next week but I would prefer a refund. I’m just so sad. It looked better with roots. Now I’ll have to pay even more somewhere else because it’s the whole back of my head I can’t walk around looking like a teenager experimenting with their hair I have a professional job. I really wish they could’ve at least offered part of the money back. A waste of time and money. The stylist was very sweet so I hate to leave a review like this. I’m just so so sad

This place is tucked away in the Publix shopping center with plenty of storefront parking. My girlfriend's hair looked gorgeous, so I gave them a try! Marybeth does an excellent blow out! Online booking! Can't get much easier or convenient!

Timothy, at the St. Pete location, is awesome. He styles and educates! I learned about shampoo/conditioner and that I use too much :O Who knew? Tim does! I also received a great cut, style and blowout. He has earned my trust!

It’s a great place with pleasant staff that makes it comfortable as you walk in. My experience has been amazing with my hair dresser Yuni she is super cool and speaks several languages, Ciao Bella! Over all the place is great with friendly people. Try it if you are tired of the over price luxurious places that charge you for the air you breathe in the shops. I don’t call it just a haircut place but an experience you must try. 👍

Love this place. Always friendly. Quick and efficient. Luke is literally the only person these days I will let cut my hair. He knows when I don't want to talk and also knows when to have a conversation. The app makes it super easy to book, too. They always call me if my appointment is to be changed.

Luke at this location is the absolute rudest. He will not take a walk in service for a simple hair cut less than 45 mins before closing. When showing him the available appointment time on the booking website, still refused.

The worst. Drive 45 min, with grand daughter after called making an appt to get fairy hair. Mind you, Lady says, sure I can do that....grand daughter was so excited. Showed up early to be told....haircut?. Totally didn't understand a single word. No english....never go back there

Used to go here for my and my child’s cuts. Just got hung up on, and when I called back I was rushed off the phone and interrupted. Being busy is one thing. Being a jerk is another. Be better.
