I’ve been seeing Rebecca (Becky) for about 3 years now and I will never go to anyone else for my hair. Her work is amazing and she truly cares about her clients. Each time I see her, she always knows what I am envisioning and then exceeds my expectations. She’s the best!

I came in at 4:30p on a Sunday to try and get a haircut. Mind you they close at 6 according to Google. So I was greeted by a very rude stylist and she said that they couldn’t fit me in because they were about to close and they were short staffed but they didn’t close until 6p. She looked up my name up in the system and read a comment about me saying I had a really dry scalp. Apparently they leave comments about clients in their system. Then she proceeded to ask every stylist in the room to see if they can fit me in and they said “it’s a solid no”. So rude and disrespectful. I feel like they just didn’t want to cut my hair because my hair is thick, long and curly and simply didn’t want to take the time to fit me in. Really disappointing.

They did a great job but I have a shorter haircut and you could have a more difficult cut to do.

Ms. Carol is very communicative,attentive,informative, respectful and charismatic. I absolutely love her spirit and knowledge of hair. Before I can even ask her about a concern or anything she has already answered it lol. She is truly cares for her clients and always ensures you are good before,during, and after services. Truly I can say she is almost one of the most professional and productive hairstylists I have ever had the pleasure of letting style my hair. Plus, she always gets the styles right because she listens and takes notes . I pray her clientele multiples and that she is able to open her own shop. Thank you Ms.Carol

Went in with botched haircut late in the day. They salvaged it without shaving it, and it looks great.

Would give a zero if there was an option. They do not honor appointments so don’t bother making one. I waited and waited and was told they had taken someone in before me and it would be 30 more minutes. Very disappointed that my time was not respected.

I can as a walk-in on a Saturday and left happier than ever! Yumila was the best stylist! She was so enthusiastic, kind and passionate about her work! It was my second time ever getting my hair colored in a salon, the first time not having gone so well. Now Yumi's got me convinced never to do anything else! I look forward to seeing her again.

I can't say whether or not they give good haircuts but I can say they close their doors before their hours say they do and look at you like you're stupid and don't want to explain why their doors are closed 2 hours before closing. If you're not willing to talk to me professionally then you're probably going to give me a bad haircut as well. Not impressed with the lack of manners.

I’ve been coming here and getting my hair cut by Shay since I came to Gainesville for college, Shay is amazing and I always leave with a good haircut and the place itself has a great friendly environment. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Rebecca was amazing, she listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable with what I was wanting done. The other stylist were very friendly and you could tell they really cared about their client. I would recommend this shop to everyone. They do haircuts, braiding, waxing, perms and so much more.

Shay was amazing! She was professional, personable, and friendly. The stylist I was originally booked with didn't feel comfortable doing what I asked for and asked Shay to help me and I can't tell you how much more comfortable that made my visit. I love that the other young lady acknowledged that what I was asking for was outside her wheelhouse. I will be definitely back to visit Shay!
