I had a great experience with Lea doing my highlights and sent my husband the next day. Unfortunately the stylist (whose name we don’t know) gave him a “fade” and completely butchered his hair and left him with hair all over his face for the drive home. He also noted she was so rough with him and pulled his hair a ton during the experience. I audibly gasped when I saw the back of his hair when he returned home. We went back the next day and JOLENE saved the day, at no charge, and graciously wouldn’t accept our tip. She took his ridiculous cut to a cool fade for our vacation. Five stars for Jolene and Lea, zero stars for the other stylist. Thank you Jolene and Lea for making us look great for our trip!

Always a fun visit. Good energy. Very kind and accommodating to lesser abled people. Takes sanitization seriously. Easy in and out. Conveniently located adjacent to Jersey Mike's.

I thought that by booking a Master Designer 2 I would have a better chance in getting a good cut while being on a tight budget. Nope. I did not ask for an asymmetrical cut but left with the left side about one inch longer than the right looking like a wet dog because "taking the dampness out" was considered drying it properly. Mind you, there were no other customers in that Tuesday morning and I would have gladly paid for a proper blow dry. So you'd think Mel would have had time to do it, but probably just didnt want to? I chose not to argue. I just wanted to leave and obviously I have no desire in going back to have the cut fixed. I'd rather save up for my next cut and pay double or triple at a salon where "designers" care about the outcome of their work. Until then I'll hide the asymmetry by putting my hair up in a ponytail.

I've had my haircut done by a bunch of different hairdressers and was never completely satisfied with the results until I was lucky enough to have Lexi give me a fade. Hands down the best fade I've ever gotten in my 39 years of life! Now I will drive an hour just to have my haircut by her. I highly recommend this Hair Cuttery and make sure you ask for Lexi, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Had an appointment and Michaela took us right in but did a sloppy job on giving my 6 year old son his haircut. She was quite rough for a little boy and most of the time had his hair pulled. Also the hair cut was not crisp. She did not know that after hair cut she needs to clean up the hair on my son's face and neck. Pathetic.

I could not be more proud of the flawless work that, Alexis at plaza Hair Cuttery performed on a walk-in visit for my split ends that were more of an eye sore than a confidence booster! It is my first of many experiences to come with this Hair Cuttery location. A high five (pun intended) on the speed, accuracy, and communication!

I take my son to this place always for a haircut . I have had some bad experiences when one person said if he doesn’t sit straight I can’t do his haircut even before starting . I chose to ignore those experiences . However yesterday I made an appointment went 10 minutes ahead of my appointment they saw me coming in and waiting . Took their own sweet 20 mins to come and tell me my appointment has been cancelled with a particular stylist and they did not have time to call me . I said I chose any stylist and not particular stylist . The answer was you were on that stylist book she is not here so we can’t do it . We have others waiting if you want you can call the corporate and complain about this . I know a particular stylist there and I was trying to talk to her to see if she can do it if I wait and the other person just cut me off saying there is no one here who can do a haircut . It was very very rude to behave like that . They could have told me as soon as I came in . On top of it they show their attitude ! Never going back there again.

Lea, is the best hair stylist in Pa. I’ve been to MANY high end salons in Doylestown and Bucks County and no one cuts short hair like she does (women’s cut) Having short hair is not always easy to maintain. ESP, with the lack of skilled stylists in the area… stop going to fancy salons and get a real professional to cater to your needs.. Lea, is too notch!!!
