As before, Reyna, Columbia, MD shop, did a fantastic job in cutting my hair exactly as I asked. She is now my "go to" stylist. The Shop is very well taken care of and in close proximity to my home.

Terrible results. Chunky highlights that look like tiger stripes. Not at all what I asked for. I will be looking at another salon to fix this mess. I wish we would get a refund, and quite honestly I expect it. Hair stylest was nice and sweet for the whole experience though. Posted the results of my hair online and many agree. Will not be coming back.

Solid and cost effective. Staff were very good with my daughter and the cut I got feels better than I've had in years. Only caveat is that you will need a reservation because they're usually quite busy

First time coming here, was a little nervous and didn’t how to answer the girl who was doing my hair, came a little early but was a short wait time, this trim took about 3-5 minutes, will be coming here more.

Absolutely horrible. I saw stylist Rubi. She left hair dye all over my skin. Then she left my hair frizzy after she blow dried it. Absolutely the worst place I have ever went

I was over charged , changed my package saying you need a deluxe blowout, even though I dont have highly textured hair. Been a customer before and got perfect hair on selecting a classic blowout package, the stylist told me to switch to deluxe blowout, without even giving a basic blowut right after hair wash.

I’ve been going here for a while now and I have to say Ruby is the best. She’s amazing at what she does and really cares about her clients. I really recommend coming here and I will definitely continue to get my hair cut here.

She was good, but my left side face has still color from my hair color. It was kind of messy. I saw some customers who was doing hair color like me, theirs was tidy. She didn't put anything to avoid my face getting colored too. Maybe I will look another hair cuttery when I need to get it done next time or find another salon.

I’ve been going here for 2 years now and I even brought my daughter and mother here. Unfortunately all three of us have had the same experience with our stylist, over time she just started to disregard our requests and we were no longer getting what we wanted. It pains me because I’ve become close to my stylist and she used to be really great but lately it’s been rushed and my last experience I left really sad and disappointed as I had come to get my hair done for an important life event. I booked for a wash trim and blow out with extra time for long hair she boy dried my hair just enough to use a curling iron which I told her when she did the first curl I didn’t like the last time she pushed it on me and she said oh ok well next time tell me before I start and I won’t use it. I explained the style didn’t last and she tried to convince me I was wrong and her products she was using were better this time and would Last longer, it didn’t and I was very dissatisfied. I tip well and come on time which I’ve had to wait with an appt in the passed so I just think my run with this location had come to an end.

Terrible cut. I've been a customer for 6 years. Called 3 times to rectify. 3 times I was told my stylist would call. Never got a call back. Of course I will never go back but I recomend not going there in the first place. It's not cheap for a cut and color. Pay a few more bucks and go to a decent salon. Raina was my stylist. She should be fired!! The manager asked me to give her a chance to fix it. Well that never happened.

I called ahead and the people were very nice, however the gentleman doing my hair clearly did not know how to work with curly hair. My service was wash and blow dry as I had an event, which never takes more than about 20 minutes. After 1 hour he said he was finished and my hair was frizzy and still curled by the roots. They charged me 26$ before tip for my hair which they did not do after asking for the frizz to be fixed. I cannot in good faith recommend this salon.

Reyna was wonderful! Im a black woman with curly hair! She is collaborative, knowable on haircare, and honest on where my hair was damaged. She also agreed the type of cut I wanted was needed. She was gentle with my hair the entire time but most importantly she did not FRY my hair! Now my hair looks healthy and I can’t wait to grow my length back. I will definitely visit her again!

This is bad and not encouraging at all. The lady who attended to me doesn't know what she was doing. She was very rude and even when I tried to explain the style to her. I left the place in anger with half hair done.
