I actually have never used this service but I will tell you that Janice Brown's customer service was unpleasant. I bought my mother a groupon for her mani/pedi special and she lashed out at her in a racist way. I actually reached out to the owner about the situation and he has failed to contact me. I guess this is the norm at this establishment .Please don't go to this lady for anything because race should not determine who you do business with. It really does not sit well with me that she still is in business after comments she made with to my Mom. If she was a guy it would be a different problem on her hands.

I took my mother in law here for shellac manicure and pedicures and we had a great experience! Janice was friendly, offered us water, great conversation, great color selection... she is gentle and did a beautiful job on my nails. She's also very knowledgeable- she pointed out the nail ridges and explained why it happens and even gave me ridge filler to use at home. All her products are natural so the salon was pleasant smelling too. I originally had to cancel my 1st appt last minute due to pregnancy complications and she was totally understanding, kind and still let me use my Groupon. You don't need it though - her prices are the best in town!
