I have been going here with my daughter for over 11 years. Elaine is my stylist and she is excellent with color and cut. She made my almost black hair (my home color catastrophe) a beautiful sandy blonde with highlights, and it's healthier than before. Sometimes I don't know what I want to do with cut, and her style recommendations have been wise and beautiful. All of the ladies there are warm and friendly; I love to go get my hair done, it's like visiting family. I have heard from other customers who are highly satisfied with the hair care services of all of the stylists there. I highly recommend this salon.

This place has been around for X amount of years.. so great for them!! Always open and available for service.. However.. I have noticed that the woman that are there to do a service for customers.. like myself can be rude sometimes or rough around the edges. Example, noisy, umm.. unprofessional when it comes to asking personal questions. Negative feedback on your haircut.. " WHERE did you Go to get that haircut?!?! It looks awful..YOU need to grow it out!!..its like the are doing a service.. but at the same time.. putting you down. Customer service COMMUNICATION needs to be Improved Big time!! On a better note.. the woman that washes Hair.. is VERY professional!! Always gets a great tip from me!! I am all for empower in supporting a business that is all woman.. but as time goes on.. and that plaza is almost empty.. EMPTY.. being the key word.. I wish them well.. and hope it improves more.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I walked in 4/25. For a simple wash small cut and a blow dry. I got an older woman name Leslie. To start off, On the window, it says “shampoo and cut 20 and up” when getting my hair washed, the lady asked if i wanted conditioner. Well i said yes because thats something a salon always does. Its $2 more. Not the end of the world but should be included in a $20 wash. The wash lady was nice. I thought she would cut my hair so i tell her want i was looking to get. Tiny cut with layers and side bangs. Instead i get leslie. She was an older woman and was definitely not very nice. Seem nice for five seconds and then pulled my hair and pushed my head around like a ragdoll. My hair feels so much thinner for how much she pulled and yanked my hair. She begins to proceed cutting my hair for the next 20 minutes and cuts my side bangs and now I look like a chopped up doll. She takes about 30 minutes to blow dry my hair while yanking it with a cylinder round brush. I even brought my own hairbrush to the salon because it does not yank my hair and it’s a wet brush since my hair is dyed blonde and can be very tanley at times very quickly. I had to leave almost sitting there for an hour I could not take it anymore and when I was about to pay leave they don’t take card there a cash only place. And I only had five dollars on Me so I gave the lady of that as her tip and I said I’d be back with the rest after I came back from the ATM. This is not a place to bring young children. It seems to be an older crowd of men and women. It’s definitely not a well designed place either you could tell it’s run down rental salon unit. Later that day I straighten my hair back and I take a picture from the back of my head and the right side of my hair ends are way higher than the left side and are all completely uneven as well as my face frame. I would suggest to not come here. I now have to go to a different salon to fix my mistake of coming somewhere that’s a little bit cheaper.

I go to Gabe and I can never say I got a bad haircut. The store is VERY CLEAN & friendly. When I call they book me with her immediately, the parking is ample and I will continue to go there.

I went to Keratin my hair that results was not my favorite. After 2 times washing my hair, it looks same as before Keratin. No silky that I expected. Wasting money and time so unhappy.

This is a great bargain....and a good experience. Ruthie gave me a great style and cut. A style I can replicate each morning with no hassle ...so I always look well groomed. Friendly service and reasonably priced...a real winner!
