I would absolutely recommend this place! Great customer service! Booked an appointment for me even though they were busy and curled my hair in no time! The products they use on your hair smell really good and your hair will look very healthy! Love this place!

Kacie and the staff are AMAZING! I am a father of 4 beautiful girls and 1 handsome young man. I bring all 5 of my children here to get the works. Never disappointed. I highly recommend giving this place a try. They can help you with thinning, dyeing, the works!!! Professionalism is their Game!!

Walked into the salon looking tired and frumpy…walked out glowing and feeling like a star! I have been so wrapped up with mom life, keeping my hair up all the time and putting myself last. Was fed up today and made a last minute appointment to the closest salon available. Little did I know I was about to meet an angel. Kacy - you are a beautiful soul. The moment I sat in your chair I knew I was in good hands. I came in without anything in mind, I just said do what you want. My goodness! Did you exceed any expectations I had. Whoever is reading this, just know that Kacy will take over and make you look and feel like a millions dollars. He took the time to cut my hair according to what works best for my face shape and skin tone. I thought I wanted highlights, but he recommended Balayage instead. I am so so soooo beyond thankful for his expertise. Kacy - you are amazing! I feel beautiful again and cannot stop smiling. Thank you! I recently had a fantastic experience at this salon with Mr.Kacy. Most sweetest man I’ve ever met. The customer service was exceptional, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about hair care. He provided me with excellent advice tailored to my hair type and concerns. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone looking for top-notch service and expertise. It's definitely worth a visit! Kacy is a hair color EXPERT! I have long thick black middle eastern hair and he is the only one who knows how to give me perfect highlights/balayage without damage. He knows how to work with black hair/thick hair/middle eastern hair. I highly trust him and only him to do my color services. I drive all the way from San Antonio to see him, he is that good!! This is my 4th time getting color treatment with him and he always does a phenomenal job :) the salon is also really nice, beautiful inside, nice atmosphere, and they have coffee!

i loved my experience at Zena salon. Kacy is so welcoming and knew exactly what my daughter and I wanted. He is very talented! 100/10 would recommend him! He knows what he’s doing and confirms what you want before cutting any hair. Kacy did an amazing cut on us and my daughter says her hair feels lighter and easier to manage. If you go to Zena salon ask for Kacy. You won’t be disappointed.

Definitely satisfied with this place. Went in to get highlights for the first time, had done henna in the past, but Kacy was very patient with me, he had done the magic and I am obsessed with my hair now. It turned out so beautiful. I am very glad I went to him!! Defiantly recommend this place to everyone!
