Description
I have been doing hair for 14+years. I attended Beauty School in Oxnard Becoming an assistant soon after for 2 years. Working in Camarillo as a stylist for another 8 years. The past 4 years Ive worked in a private suite in Ventura where I can work with clients one on one. I have learned to work with all ages and most hair types. I strive to continue my education to always give you the best service

Hair Apothecary is the best ! I have known Amanda for years and I highly recommend her for anyone especially women with thick , kinky hair. She is very patient when blow drying my hair and do such as good job. Her honestly and excellent service is why I stayed with her for years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you’re looking for a new hairstylist . She is excellent and will become your friend . She also remember your birthday and special occasions in your life So blessed to have Hair Apothecary!

Amanda has been doing my hair for about 5 years now and I can honestly say she is the BEST. She completely understands what I want and executes it better than I could have expected. I refuse to go anywhere else, I highly recommend her to everyone I know!

Amanda is wonderful! She gave me a wonderful color and haircut! She matched my color on the first try and made it an even greater shade! She uses quality products, has a great salon, and her personality is awesome as well as her talent. She is positive, kind, trustworthy, and you look great when you leave! I am a repeat client and will continue to do so!

I have been going to Amanda for over a year now and she truly is amazing. She is always professional and respectful. She is great at listening to what you want for your hair. She helps give suggestions. She really cares about her work and what she does. She is very clean and organized. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I love going to see her as we talk and laugh each time. I updated my review as I still love going to her and I would recommend her to anyone!! She deserves 10 stars!!!

I love having Amanda cut and style my hair. She listens to me when I explain I want to remove weight and have a no-fuss cut since I don't have time to dry or style regularly. I come away loving my cut every time. (Not the mention the products she uses are great and I come away smelling as good as I look and feel!)

Absolutely love my hair appointments with Amanda I can honestly say I leave completely satisfied happy and pleased with my color , cut and just had a Brazilian blow out.. Love it !!! Amanda was so amazing!!!! She took me in right before my birthday trip and absolutely killed it! My blowout lasted the whole weekend! I haven’t cut my hair in over a year and she listened to exactly what I wanted! Her energy was also uplifting!!! Love her!
