My friend and I both had very weird experiences here recently. My masseuse kept talking through the session, asked uncomfortable questions, and the entire vibe was weird and off. It also seemed that she was trying to implement new age practices that turned me all the way off. I felt it had nothing to do with the body massage. As soon as my friend and I both met after our sessions, we both said we are never coming back. The facility is beautiful and the help was kind, but the massage experience itself was very uncomfortable.

I was new to Gainesville and dreading needing to find a hair stylist when I came across Jess. Jess listens to what I want and does exactly that. I get so many compliments on my hair because Jess does an awesome job. The salon is very pretty and everyone is very friendly. If you are looking for someone to listen and do an awesome job on your hair, call Jess!

Jess is awesome! I hadn’t cut my hair in almost a year and was nervous to, but she listened to me, paid attention to my hair type, and gave me exactly what I wanted even though I wasn’t even sure what it was I wanted. I never style my hair so I needed something effortless and she gave me exactly that. The prices are also extremely reasonable. 10/10 recommend!

I received a gift certificate for my birthday and didn't know what to expect. It was wonderful. I was greeted by a genuine and welcoming staff and Taylor's facial was one of the best I've ever had.

Faith is the best hair color specialist (highlights). She is absolutely fantastic and does it always exactly how I want it. No surprises. I recently moved here and I tried many salons but she is truly the best in Gainesville and honestly the best I have ever had. She is also super sweet. The salon is also nice and clean and super convenient location.

My first visit. Had my hair trimmed and some colored with highlights. Didn't turn out bad, but I expected a little closer to my requests. Also, she didn't style it afterward, but since they keep records on my own previous visit, maybe next time will be better. Definitely not low or reasonable prices for their services so if you go expect to spend a lot. They are a little pushy on the tip recommendations.

The spa's environment me was very relaxing and soothing. Very cleanly. My masseuse, Celeste, did a wonderful job of massaging out my tight spots. She was very thorough and open to change of pressure at any point. 10/10 going back.

Chris Kornreich is the best massage therapist. I have seen many over the years, and there is no comparison. He is an excellent communicator and master at identifying the root cause of your pain. Chris’s depth of knowledge, wealth of experience, and individualized approach are unparalleled. 5/5 stars. Would recommend. Do yourself a favor, and go see him.

Faith is the only hair stylist in the last 4 attempts I've made (at other salons) to correct a bad coloring job and cut, who completely executed to my satisfaction. She is simply awesome! Very skilled, and meticulous with her approach, a great communicater, very professional, and pleasant to talk to. It was worth every penny!

I had a terrible experience at Hair Cuttery(bad decision, I know) on the day of my 21st birthday party. It was 4:30pm and they couldn’t do the style I wanted. I called Haile Village and made a desperate plea to see if they could fit me in to do two simple Dutch braids, and they said absolutely! They were so helpful and nice and overall saved my birthday! If I wasn’t moving, I’d be going back again and again. Highly recommend, and I will tell all my sorority sisters to go here!

I had a lovely, relaxing experience treating myself to a haircut by Shontae, who I wish I had met and gone to sooner. I love my new haircut! I also got a facial, eyebrows waxed, and a massage. Both ladies were attentive and listened to my concerns/comments. I am moving away, so again, I wish I had gone sooner and more regularly. If you want to have a you day or girls day, this is the perfect place to go.
