Edit: changed from 2 to 4 stars because the owner tried to make it right afterwards for free. I dont have the time, but it was a nice gesture. Probably the most mediocre massage I’ve had. Mostly forearms moving broadly across back and legs, no individual muscles, following a routine. I thought since it was 85 bucks for an hour I’d get a little better than the 60/hr places. Nope. Had to quit at 40 minutes out of boredom and annoyance. What’s up with the San Leandro area, there’s like zero great spots here… guess I’ll stick to the Thai places, they actually use their hands.

Great spot for a relaxing "treat yo self" afternoon. I've always had great customer service over WhatsApp - very quick responses and often able to book me same day. Convenient, reasonable prices, and most importantly: excellent massages!

I need weekly deep tissue massage and ever since I discovered Hadley Spa during the pandemic, I moved from my former massage spot to Hadley. Everyone of the massage therapists at Hadley‘s do a great job. They are attentive to my concerns and apply a high level of skills and techniques that I have not found anywhere else. Scheduling is a breeze via text/call with a prompt response. They really try to be flexible in scheduling a time that accommodates your needs. They keep the place very clean and close parking is readily available. Though we will be moving further away, I am still committed to be coming out here, because they’re “friendly no thrills” approach works every time in getting the knots and stress out of my body so I’m ready to take on a new week!

I remember going here a year ago and I never went back. They are rude and forced me to over tip them which is ridiculous. Don’t go to the massage parlor there are different and even better ones than this hole in the wall place!

I was visiting this place since they moved to San Leandro. This is my place for the relocation and pain relief . My favorite therapist is Maggie. She is hand down the best.

I went to Hadley‘s to wipe the thoughts of a lesser Day spa out of my memory. They did not disappoint. Maggie was absolutely amazing, and I felt ten times more relaxed than when I first walked in. Everyone was so kind! I will definitely be going back for a facial with their aesthetician sooner rather than later.

I've had 2 massages there in the last couple months and both were very relaxing and affordable price. I'd definitely recommend checking it out, as a massage therapist myself it is hard to come by good bodyworkers.

It was my first time getting a full body massage and I am so happy that I chose Hadley's Spa! I feel so light. Amazing customer service and everything was so clean. If you're debating on whether or not to go in, definitely do it!! I will definitely be back to get a gua sha facial next time along with my massage!

My wife and I stumbled upon Hadley’s through google in search of a clean, relaxing, and well praised spa. Those words don’t even cut it as Hadley’s is much more than that. Hadley’s masseuses are amazing, well trained, go above and beyond for their customers, and are so caring. 10/10 highly recommend to my friends :)

Haiying is the best. I am a Navy Veteran and screws in my back which cause a ton of tightness and sciatica pain. Everytime I see Haiying she finds the areas and work them out without having to point them out. Im from New Jersey and as long as I have been getting massages I would have to put her as one of the best I've ever had. She has that magic touch!

I'm really sad to give this business 2 stars. Several years ago, I would give them 5 but the last 3 times that I've gone, I've gotten unsolicited comments about me gaining weight. All the massage therapists are skilled and that's why I'm giving them 2 stars but the psychological damage that I've experienced from these comments have lead me to overexercise, diet, and have an unhealthy relationship with food. I am writing this as my own psychologist encouraged me to speak up in hopes that no one will ever be bullied into losing weight again. I know that the last 2 years have been really stressful for people especially with the pandemic and not having access to gyms like we did pre-pandemic. Getting these comments about me gaining weight completely reversed the calm I felt during my massage. I thought it was innocent to comment on my weight at the time so I kept going back to give them another chance. Every time I left hoping I would feel better, I felt upset and inadequate in my own skin. I felt especially vulnerable especially when you get a massage you remove your clothes so to be judged and say that you gained weight in front of your significant other is just inappropriate and disrespectful in my opinion. Again, they are great at massage and cupping but I do hope that they will learn from this situation and not make anyone feel this way again. Sadly, I won't be returning to this business after 3 occasions of experiencing these unsolicited comments about my weight.

Really excellent massage possibly the best strong deep massage I've received outside of Thailand where I spent a couple of years. Anna was amazing, a little bundle of power with great ability to find and break up knotted muscles. I asked for a strong deep massage and that's exactly what I got. I've found it very difficult to get a strong massage outside of Asia, some therapists are lazy or simply have no concept of a strong deep tissue massage. Well Anna certainly does. At times it was intense as my body was extremely tight but I felt like a new man afterwards and even better the next day. The place was clean, the service was professional and the massage 5+stars. My only regret is I wasn't in town long enough to go for another. I'll certainly return when I'm back in the east bay. Thanks Anna!!🙏

Started with a massage done through a sheet. Never had that. About halfway through went to a regular massage. At the time their website said $75. While paying it said $85. So she gave me a paper to fill in. I put $85+10 tip. She charged my card and wanted me to sign. She had charged me $100. Nope. I told her to change it. Then she said the tip should be 20%. No. The tip is what I decide to give someone. Would not go back.

The perfect amount of pressure in all the spots you didn't even know would feel so good. Very clean space and lots of ventilation. Looks like a whole in the wall from the street but once you are inside, it feels spacious and inviting. We will become regulars here! Also, pricing is really low for the quality of massage so tip for real.

This review is so long overdue. Hadley's spa is just what the Body ordered..This spa is my #1 place to get away so I can enjoy a quiet piece of heaven. All three ladies are truly amazing. I must say Hadley is my favorite. But that's not to take away from the other ladies, everyone has their own style of perfection & professionalism. So give your body&soul a treat by giving Hadley's spa in San leandro marina a try.

We got the best deep tissue massage EVER! My friend and I were shy about going somewhere unfamiliar, so we got a massage in the couples room. We both got amazing, deep massages. My therapist checked in with me a couple times to be sure the pressure was what I wanted. Amazingly, she noticed a spot under one arm where she said I "had a lot going on," and she spent extra time working on it. I hadn't told her, but that's the side I had breast cancer surgery on fairly recently. I was so impressed with how perceptive she was about what was going on with my body, and by how much more relaxed I was after she worked my muscles over for 90 minutes. We were so limp! The place is cute inside; when we pulled up, we were sort of, "what have we done?!" but it was very cute, and spa-ish once you got inside.

This place seems unassuming passing by but my goodness what a gem! Service was friendly, clean space, own parking lot, and one of the best massages I’ve had! Anna found all my problem areas and really showed care. Will be a regular!
