the environment and friendliness was an absolute 10/10 , Gina was amazing and so sweet !! I got a Brazilian and also did a Dermaplane and lymphatic drainage facial !! Words cannot describe how comfortable I felt throughout the experience and how happy I am with the services !!! I have also worked with Mikaela as well and she is just as amazing !!! I think I found my go to spa spot :) YAY!!

I’ve been here twice now for spray tans in preparation for my summer wedding and I’m loving the results! The application process is super quick, even, and most importantly the tan lasts. Really impressed. Can’t beat the price. Grateful to have come across these gals! Both Mikaela & Gina are so personable 😊🩷 Y’all rock!

I've been to Grotto Wax several times for brow tint/wax and have been really happy. Gina listened to what I was looking for (color/shape) and she did a great job. She's so easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. I'm excited to try some of her other facial services - would definitely recommend going to Gina.

Allison is the best! I have seen her for a chemical peel, hydrafacial, and back 'facial', and they have all been great. She is very knowledgable, kind, and pays attention to details. I highly recommend!

Just got my eyebrows waxed here by Alison (I think was her name!) and she did A. MAZ. ING. I usually get my brows done at EWC but it always feels like a clinical procedure there. Here at Grotto, it felt much more welcoming and inviting. This place is my new go-to for waxing, and when I need a facial I’ll be coming here too! Also- check out this before and after! I cannot get over how good of a job Alison did.

I saw Gina for my leg waxing and she was amazing!! She was super friendly and did an amazing job. I didn't realize that this location did both soft and hard wax until she asked if I has a preference. I didn't but she explained how soft is better for larger areas and if I didn't like it we could switch to hard wax. This is a very well kept salon as well and looks great inside! I will definitely be coming back here for future wax sessions!

Gina gave me a great spray tan. She explained what to do before I tanned and was a pro through the application. It was quick and thorough and I didn’t look orange. She even helped to make sure I didn’t get too dark of a tan and achieved a more natural look. It’s almost a week later and I still have a slight tan after a trip and time in the pool. Wonderful experience!

I got the signature steam facial for $49, and it was supposed to be 60 minutes. I went in the evening on June 28th. It was only about 50 minutes and wasn't the best facial. It wasn't the worst, but it was just not something I would spend that much money for (full price is more than $100). The girl giving me the facial had her phone go off at least 3 different times. At first, when she stopped giving me the facial after her phone went off, I just assumed she was silencing it... until it went off more times after that....

This place is really clean with a great atmosphere. I have received several procedures from Gina B and she is amazing. From eyelash tint and curl to dermaplaning and microneedling, Gina was very professional and knowledgable about her craft. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. You are definitely in good hands with Gina!
