being someone who has never cared about doing their nails, after going to Morgan for the first time, i was converted. i’ve been a loyal client for a consistent 4ish years and that’s because i can say that this is my favorite part about every month, coming in to this salon to just relax and get pampered is my favorite thing! everything that they do here is always so efficient and well done, all the staff are very sweet and inviting/welcoming, i couldn’t ask for a better and more professional spot to just spend some time at to unwind. i definitely recommend this salon, you will not regret coming here, Morgan is an amazing business owner and will never let you down :) if i could give more than 5 stars i would

Awesome service here and such a relaxing vibe. I love to get their spa pedicures and have also had a great spray tan done here. Morgan and Lily are very friendly and do an amazing job. I highly recommend!

TRULY 5 STARS. i have been a client of morgan’s for years, and grit & glam is more than a win. i get my manis and pedis here ONLY and have also received superb full-body spray tanning services. every service is done with upmost quality that i couldn’t even find in LA when i was residing there— i would literally commute to Ventura. even the most basic mani/pedi comes with hot towels. the basic pedi feels like a spa. gel services last for weeks. when i first started coming here, my nails were wrecked from stop-n-shop nail salons, and now i have long gel nails that are my NATURAL, strong nails!! this is what nail and hand/feet care is supposed to be. Truly, if you are on the fence just stop in and meet the team and scope it out for yourself— i cannot rave enough about this place, and you really should think no further and get comfy (and glam, tbh)

The best beauty lounge in Ventura County! I always get stopped for how amazing my nails look! The manicurists here are so creative and passionate about their craft, and have the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. It’s impeccably clean and the vibes are always right! I also got a spray tan and Morgan took her time to really get my color formula just right for my skin tone, can’t wait to try teeth whitening next! If you’re looking for a clean salon with kind and detail oriented staff, Grit and Glam is your new home!

how many days until my next appointment?!? I am welcomed with warmth and good energy every time I walk through the doors! Morgan has truly made this salon a place of community, her attention to detail and care for her clients is unmatched. I have been a client for about 2 years and don’t think I could go back to any other salon! I have been on a natural nail journey and was introduced to IBX treatments to strengthen and along with a hard gel fill, my nails are unstoppable!!

This beauty lounge is beautiful!! I highly recommend going here for your beauty needs. Multiple services provided in one place. Manicures, pedicures, teeth whitening, spray tanning, and so much more - the list goes on. Everyone at the lounge is so kind and talented. The owner Morgan is incredible and has multiple locations across town. Love it here
