booked a couples massage for a co-worker and his wife for a birthday gift and was very disappointed when an additional $250 charge was added after the service was complete. called to find a solution and the phones were busy, but they quickly responded to the online inquiry. the website does not currently state anywhere that the pricing for a couples deep tissue massage is per person, although that was the reasoning I was given for the double charge. totally would have been fine if that was stated on the website or anywhere in the booking process, but it was not. gratefully received a refund for the additional charge, but definitely not impressed with the owners guest service skills...after I thanked them (for honoring the pricing they are advertising !!) they say "okay bye" and hung up - super unprofessional! but my friend and his wife enjoyed their massages, so super glad their experience wasn't ruined. still curious why the pricing for a couples deep tissue massage is higher per person than it is for an individual, as listed on the website? but after reading some other poorly rated reviews, their team seems to very defensive with an immature approach to resolving issues and not understanding of how they are perceived as a business. very glad so many have had a great experience - the team seems to be very talented at their craft, but the guest service and business side of things could use a little retraining :)

I recently surprised my wife with a spa day at Greenhouse Luxury Spa, and the experience exceeded all expectations. -Overall this experience was disappointing and not worth the almost $1000 spent. I felt very “buttered up” on the phone and coaxed into paying for a half day spa day that was ultimately mediocre at best. -I called to discuss packages for my fiancé’s birthday. Nathan the owner called me back. He was very enthusiastic and though I was not interested in the salt room he stated it was “a must” and that we could have lunch in this room. He gushed about a meat charcuterie board, wine/champagne and even stated he would include a birthday card- none of this was presented to us. The moment we arrived Nathan apologized that the meat charcuterie would not be available because of “the snow”…this was a Tuesday and the snow had long been melted. Instead we were given a tray of nuts, cheese and crackers. Champagne was never offered nor was the birthday card and while it wouldn’t seem like a big deal to some, Nathan (the owner) was the one who offered it in the first place and therefore it was expected. -But because of this we elected to skip the rest of the time in the salt room which we never wanted to experience in the first place, and charged $80 for the 15-20 minutes we were there waiting for our facial. -I will also say the room to change into robes was extremely small and we both hit our heads on the ceiling. The robes given to us were also tattered and peeling (as shown in the picture). -It was after these first few encounters that we started to feel awkward and uncomfortable. Things were not flowing or going as we expected at all. -The massages were fine however we were told Nathan booked the same masseuse for both of us…that did not make sense as he told me he booked 2 females (as requested) on the phone. But Will and Candace were very pleasant. ****Facials with Emery and Ellery are what saved this day. They were so kind and welcoming. We enjoyed this part of the day the best. -I paid for the day and Nathan was nowhere to be seen nor did anyone really seem to care how the day went when we were leaving. I gladly tipped all the staff as they were wonderful. But we will not be coming back due to being extremely misled on the phone by the owner about the experience that was to be had. He definitely built up the potential experience and fell short.

From Cameron, our host, who was so attentive to our needs, to Ellery, my aesthetician, who gave me the most enjoyable mud body treatment, I cannot say enough! I had an absolute amazing time here. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! I went for the full day Luxe package and I left feeling truly pampered. Candace was fantastic - I got a hot stone massage and I loved it. I think I fell asleep for a few minutes because I felt so relaxed! Mariah was wonderful with my facial. It was my first facial and my skin feels flawless! I definitely recommend this spa. The atmosphere is very cozy and not like any other typical spa you see at hotels or large buildings - this felt so homey. You will not be disappointed!

I had an amazing time! My LMT Will was top tier! He was knowledgeable, he was attentive, he provided great conversation. I left with my body feeling amazing but with my mind feeling even better. Very bright spirit for this relaxing experience! Wont be disappointed! Also Adam was very attentive to the needs of my party! He ensured that they we're accommodated while waiting on me.

Proceeded with caution. This must have been the 6th massage I have scheduled with the spa, but it feels like they are under new management in an alarming way. Massages are a once in a while treat for myself, so I may not have a full picture, but something felt very off. I had a negative experience interacting with them regarding their request for a same day reschedule of my appointment and my request for a refund after I arrived to a locked spa at the rescheduled time and waited outside on a cold day while employees walked past me. I had accommodated maybe 3 same day reschedules here before, but the way I was treated this time was very different.

What a perfect day. I had a massage with Emily and a facial with Emery. Both sessions were absolutely amazing. They were both so attentive to what I wanted the focus to be and making sure the experience was everything I wanted. It was perfect. And the setting at Greenhouse allows for so much peace and meditation during your sessions. Really great atmosphere. And must give a shoutout to Cam! From the time we were welcomed in from the time we checked out Cam helped make sure everything was perfect! If you are celebrating or just need some self care go to Greenhouse!

This Spa is amazing! After calling several spas to see if they had any availability for a surprise spa day for my sister's birthday, this was the only spa that was able to accommodate us! Candace,Sherri, Mariah, and Ellery were wonderful! 10/10 would recommend!

We came here on our honeymoon and had the best time. Everyone was friendly and the space was amazing. I had a facial by Ellery and felt so refreshed after, and Emily did an incredible job of working out all the knots in my shoulders from the wedding planning stress. On top of it all, Cam was the best host we could have asked for.

Had the best spa day at the Greenhouse Spa. It is such a cozy atmosphere and they go above and beyond to make sure that you enjoy yourself there. Started off with an awesome and relaxing massage and scrub with Willie Latham. Then headed off to a mud wrap and facial with Emery Coe. Her facial was out of this world. She has the softest touch. My face was glowing afterwards. Definitely a place to go check out.

I paid around $400 for a couples massage. We were there an hour early because the website mentioned paperwork. We waited in the car for 30 min before going inside. Once we were inside, we were greeted by a receptionist who never mentioned any paperwork. We waited another hour and started 30 min late with no apology or explanation. After the service, My wife stated that her massage by Ryan was good; however, mine didn't even feel like I had a massage. She did asked did I have any areas to focus on, but followed through on none of the information I gave her. Her skills are not even close to the expense I paid for the service. I would love to get at least a 50% refund based on the late start and level of service. RECOMMENDATION: Don't waste customers' time and money. Start on time and make sure staff is well trained and genuinely knows what they are doing so all customers can have a great experience.

We came for a couples massage and facial and both were absolutely wonderful. I had Candice as my masseuse and Mariah was my aesthetician, I highly recommend both of them. All other staff we interacted with were very nice and accommodating. I would most definitely return.

We came for my daughter’s 21st birthday spa day they were absolutely amazing with scheduling the 3 of us and extremely accommodating when we changed some services! Mariah was amazing! I had not had a facial in years and would not think of going anywhere else now! The other ladies had massages and were equally pleased! I would recommend without question!

We just went here and wanted to come back again. The service here is superb. Very friendly and professional staffs. Highly recommendable spa for a very reasonable price but guaranteed a great service! We had our Swedish massage by Willie and it was a top tier, he definetly knows what he’s doing.. The salt cave treatment was so relaxing too. Nathan also was so welcoming, he even gave us a free infrared sauna which was a wow for us. And thanks to Cam at the front for being so kind and so friendly. My friend and I had a great time!

Oh my God!!! Just had the best massage ever!! Emily is exceptional!!! Ask for her!!! Cannot recommend enough! No other place does a 90 minute massage actually mean a 90 full minutes of a massage! So appreciate that!
