Took my mother and aunt here as this was their first time getting a massage..Got foot massages, it was great. The only sad part was the language barrier, very limited English however the massage was amazing. Older building but it was a great experience.

bring cash if you can. if you do use a card, communicate to them you want to leave a tip before they run it. overall good experience, very relaxing.

Went for 11 o’clock massage and was taken into a room. 30 minutes later went to say hey I am ready. 2 women talked to each other, not me and after 1 hr I was dressed and walking out the door thru an empty lobby to go to another spa. Never did give me a massage.

Couples massage. It was a deep tissue along with hot stones, and the hour went by so quickly. Very reasonable and so relaxing. Two hours later, we were both so sore from the deep tissue. The wife said we should call the police cause they beat us up and took our money lol.

I took a one day trip to Hot Springs for some RNR and a massage, Monday 5-15-23. I called two bath houses and both were booked. So I called Green Spa and they told me to be there by 1:30pm. I got there early and they took me to the back. I have gotten numerous massages from all over but this one was by far the worst. The lady only massaged my back area including my neck, shoulders, back, my rear, back of my thighs, and legs. I was disappointed when I went into the room and there wasn't an infuser. The oil was in a big container with a pump and wasn't warmed or contained essential oil. I asked her if she wanted me to turn over, and she said "your time is up". So my hands,ankles, and feet were left undone. I gave them a 3 star because the place was clean. At checkout, she says, how much tip? Next time I'll schedule an appointment on the bath row which I still want to experience.

I would like to give this a better review but I can't. I have had massages from different sources over the years due to a spinal injury. Now I will explain the rating: It was clean. The massage was good but certainly limited in scope for the hour price we were given of $70 per person. When we got there the customer before was also frustrated due to being charged more. When we checked out they tried to charge us more - $160 for two. On top of that she pointed to a sign that said MANDATORY 20% gratuity and please feel free to tip in addition. And we were told we HAD to pay in cash! Someone is pocketing a LOT of cash and then being greedy to top it off. I'm really tired of the mandatory gratuity and it going up almost monthly. I certainly don't mind leaving a healthy tip for a job well done but this was not. And if I have to pay taxes so should they. Sorry about the soap box but I wanted a good massage and to be relaxed and left feeling disgusted by the greed.

I can't really recommend this place. Can I give 2.5 stars? Seriously, I went back and forth here.. because yes, the massage was good. Albeit I was freezing! No heated beds or anything so I was shivering the entire time but the gal did a good job finding my knotted up areas. So if you absolutely NEED a knot worked out, and have nowhere else to go then this place works. But bring a hefty amount of cash. The cons here... The whole "mandatory 20% gratuity and please tip extra if you think we did a good job" ...... This was NOT MENTIONED anywhere when booking and before arriving. Only when I got there. Then they chared me $14 more per person then quoted over the phone.. then pointed to the sign. So yeah. They expected an extra $28 PLUS more for a tip. I find that frustrating and quite dishonest . I won't be back because of that.

And I must say, the combination of expert techniques, soothing music, and the perfect amount of pressure left me feeling completely rejuvenated. After I finished , I feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with a renewed sense of vitality. I can confidently say that this is one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had, and I will be returning regularly.

Kind of sketchy feel to this place. My husband & I had couples massage. His massage was awful. My massage was great; but my body was exposed constantly! I wonder if they have a hidden camera in this establishment or just lack boundaries & common massage practice?

This was the worse massage I have ever had. After 1 hour I finally told the young lady who had no clue what she was doing to give me her arm and I show her how it was supposed to massage. She proceeded to ask me to rub her neck. Then I told her get on the table and I will show you how to give a massage so the last 30 minutes of my massage I gave her a massage. Then she had the nerve to ask for a tip when I was going out the door. Do not go here if you want a real massage!!!!!!

Those women may be small but powerful. One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had. I had the hot bath & massage 2 weeks ago ( which was awesome) but this massage left me weak in the knees. I do recommend $ will return.
