I have had the privilege of seeing Dr. Marciano for more than three years now and I can honestly say her skillsets, artistry and professional mannerisms are above par. From the moment I walked into the office on day one, I felt welcomed. cared for and appreciated. Dr Marciano is always attentive and listens to my concerns. I am an airline employee that takes pride in up-keeping my beauty and she is the best doctor for facial enhancements. The staff is effective and efficient; always calling back in the event of any rescheduling or changes required.

Do not come here. The Ultherapy was too painful to bear. My experience with Carla who was the receptionist and the technician was not good. Carla and not the doctor performed the ultherapy on my face and neck, which was too painful. The doctor was not present and Carla told me, Dr Marciano was not in today. Carla offered to give me “gas, a nitrogen oxide,” she said, that it will help me “relax.” I told Carla that I am driving and she told me that it was “okay to drive.” I refused the nitrogen oxide. I was charged $700. I could not bear the heat on my face, which was too painful to bear. Carla said, she did one pass over on my face so it cost $700. I asked Carla for a discount and to make it cheaper , since the work was not completed. I had to tell Carla to stop doing my neck, because that was too painful too. I have had lasers (IPL) done on my face before, but this ultherapy was just too hot and I was afraid of being burned.

I recently had a significant proceedure done at Great Neck Medical Spa. I was really nervous. However, I could not be more pleased with the whole process as well as the results. Additionally Dr Marciano is absolutely amazing. When I arrived she first had another consultation and I was so pleased with how she handled me as a patient. Noteable: The Operating room was packed with state-of-the art equipment, the finance aspects could not have been better, the attention I received was over the top, the staff was constantly ensuring sanitation and cleanliness and it was evident. I strongly recommend this doctor for cosmetic proceedures.

Dr. Marciano is very experienced and made me feel super comfortable getting lip filler. I am afraid of needles so she allowed my mother to come in with me. I could not have had a better experience here! The appointment was so easy to make, and the doctor was amazing and coached me through my fillers Even when I was in a lot of pain, she really helped me get through it. I also got a nonsurgical nose job, which I ended up messing up by wearing sunglasses accidentally but the doctor was nice enough to have me back the next week and fix it for me. I would absolutely highly recommend this business.

As a male in his late 30s I’m looking to replace some loss of fat in my face and structure. Dr Marciano does a great job achieving a very natural youthful look for a masculine appearance. The prices are great and the parking is convenient! The only thing missing is greeting. A "hello, hi, good morning, etc"... any of these would be better than awkward silence and stares. This has occurred during both of my visits. The staff seems nice, perhaps some customer service should be implied? Other than this, it's a nice spa, and I would recommend to others :)

Dr. Marciano has great skills. The after picture was taken about 2 hours after my first fillers and I love that my lips look full but super natural. I already went back another time for a little extra plump. But overall good service, clean office and extremely accommodating.

I did my smart lipo in April of 2021 and it's now 2022 I still haven't seen any results highly disappointed. Now I'll have to do the whole procedure over I went in to get the lipo 360 my back was not touched and I mentioned this to the doctor when I went in for my follow-up, she told me it was skin REALLY. which I must say that I had to call them for myself because no one called me back to see how I was doing are to schedule my follow-up appointment I had to call them and even to this day no one reached out I will never return to this place are recommed them, no passion no effort.

I had a spa over 15 years I know a good doctor when I see one she is very fare Not a cheater open the filler box right Infront of you with label on it not like other doctors have there syringes full already god knows what’s in it .. and she is not greedy knows what she doing excellent result I had haven’t seen this results for years been scammed by other doctors with fake products ..I highly recommend dr Marciano she tell u as is up to u doesn’t push her service on u and knows her job.. i love my results worth every $$$ except on my way paying 2 receptionist wasn’t pleasant at all has a temper attitude problems but that won’t stop me from going back to dr . First receptionist checking in in was very welcoming ..
