I have been to this Great Clips once before. The young lady that cut my hair did a beautiful job. I needed a hair cut that was long over due. I decided to go to the same Great Clips, and came out so angry with the crappy haircut. I am in the system with that I was there before and the haircut I received. I wanted a trim and my hair cut into layers. My hair is also always cut into a u shape. The lady cut my hair just cut it straight across, not even holding it to make sure she cut it straight. She didn't cut it into layers and now my ends are choppy. My haircut took 10 minutes, if that. I was in and out of her chair so fast that my head was spinning. I left that place angry, sad, frustrated and pure unhappiness. I gave her a tip, because I felt like I needed to give her a tip. I don't think I will go there ever again. Looking at my hair now makes me sad.

My son got his haircut yesterday. The whole time getting his hair done the woman kept saying he was "big" for his age. He felt very uncomfortable and upset when he came home. We wish to share we will not be returning with her poor attitude and his uneven haircut. Hope other customers, especially kids stay away from her.

Went today about 1:15pm. I asked the stylist to cut and curl my hair for a wedding later today. She said she wouldn't be able to style my hair since they need 3 beauticians working. There was only 2. No one was waiting to get haircuts when I arrived. I asked her several times to explain why she couldn't take another 10 minutes to curl my hair. She just kept repeating herself said that's the policy ! Then charged me $20 for senior haircut that she barely cut an inch off! Ridiculous way to treat customers

Friendly and professional stylists. Listen to what you want - I have had different stylists there. Clean. Affordable. Check-in online to avoid a long wait time, though I haven’t had this issue as a walk-in.
