I have visited this location twice. They do a good job cutting hair and they do it at a fair price. The service is always friendly. Get the app and reserve a place in line or you may need to wait. This is your typical no-frill haircut place. I will return. UPDATE (Jan. 2025): Visited recently and received outstanding service from GiGi. Can I give 6 stars??

I absolutely love driving from SB down to Ventura to have GIGI cut my hair!! She's the best! I've had her do it since she worked here in SB!! Great job as always, Gigi!! Thank you, Great Clips too, for decent prices and friendly atmosphere!! I would love it even more if a Great Clips were to open in SB again!!

My girlfriend and I make it to Great Clips and get our hair cuts specifically when Maria is working. Maria usually works the first stall closes to the windows on the Vons store side. She is personable and she cuts hair just the way you ask her to. I've been going there for years (since high school) and Maria is the best option in my book.

Gigi, who works in Ventura, has been cutting my hair for some time now, and she makes very sure each time the job is done to perfection. I am overjoyed to fine a person so dedicated to her craft. I have had my haircut in private shops, which charge three times what your facility does, but never have had a haircut quite as good as what she provides.

25 bucks what could go wrong right? It's not the place it was the stylist. 1st red flag was the person before me complained and instead of just fixing it she argued. Mine was simple. Skin fade to a #2 on top. When she was blending she didn't seem to care where the clippers were going leaving an uneven patchy look. Lol Great Clips responded to my REVIEW showing concern and offering to fix it then never responded to the email they asked me to send.
