My fiance just went here for a haircut. Wow. So awful. I've never seen someone rush through a haircut so fast. Probably less than 5 minutes and you can tell. There was no fade, no scissor cut, and huge bald spot where she buzzed off his hair. He tipped anyway...because it's Christmas but dang, no Christmas family photos for us this year. It's that bad.

The lady that cut my hair this last time apparently doesn’t understand how to measure two and a half inches. She cut my hair down to one and a half inches. Basically scalping me right before Christmas. I will not be back.

Worst haircut! My son had long hair on the top and he told the lady all he wanted was a TRIM on top and the sides and back shaved. She probably wouldn’t have stopped if I had not told her he wants to be able to pull it up in a ponytail. He said “I look like Edna from Incredibles! She ruined my hair!” He won’t go back for me to make them fix it. He’s in tears! I will never go back!!! Thanks for giving my son PTSD he said he’s never cutting his hair again all because she did this to him. What the heck are they teaching at those cosmetology schools?

As usual, my hair was cut as expected. Even with a different stylist, rather than my usual one, cutting my hair to my desired style, without even my input. She knew what to do at the beginning, and proceeded to give me a Great Clip.

Been going there for a year this was the worst hair cut I had the person or ticket that was pulled up was not me they wanted to give me a number 6 hair cut I have never had this cut in my life and please don't respond with your pre txt message that says the same respond to all customers I will go back but I will never let that person cut my hair again

My family has been coming here for the past couple of years and haircuts have been decent. Went in yesterday and had a not so “great” experience. Won’t be coming back to this location.

So let me tell you that I am a 76 year old woman that used to cut hair starting in the 70s. I just got the worst hair cut I have ever had. If I could have given a zero minus I would have. It started last Monday when I let this young lady cut my hair only because the lady I had been waiting was cutting hair (by the way Great) on some children and had more of the family to go. I showed this young lady a picture of my cut and she said she could do it. Well, when I got home I found that some of the bulk on the sides needed to be cut shorter besides the rest of my hair was so uneven . I was not able to get it fixed until she was back at work on today Friday at 1pm. I told her I needed it cut an inch and a half form the ends not from the scalp. I told her how I wanted it cut and she said that's not how she cuts hair. And I told her yes, but that's how I want it cut. We went back and forth on what I said and what she understood me to say. All I could do was put my sun glasses on and hold back the tears. I almost think she did not like me telling her how I wanted it cut. Yup! almost scalped. CAUTION! if you want a good cut, don't go to Great clips on Cortaro Road. So Teri Reins I feel your pain and anger. Linda De Leon

Do not go here. I went two nights ago and had a very uncomfortable experience. A 50 something heavyset woman with brown hair cut my hair. Her and her coworker seemed annoyed I was there 40 minutes before close? She didn’t point me towards the mirror throughout the haircut and I noticed the coworker walk by and laugh looking at me halfway through. I definitely knew the vibe was unusual. At the end she picked up the mirror to “show” me the back while moving it around to make it impossible to see. I remarked that I couldn’t see it and she just said “ok” and took the apron off and walked to the register. I paid and left. I got home and saw that she destroyed my hair, and obviously on purpose. I asked for a 4 on the side and have multiple bald spots. Not to mention her aggression and purposeful disregard of my preference during the process. This lady was unstable and shouldn’t be working in this position. And her coworker was definitely complicit. Be cautious when you go here because it’s very shady, and the employees obviously can’t be trusted.

Don't waste your time or money. The stylest argued with me about how I wanted my hair cut and berated me when she was done. Worst haircut since I cut my own when I was 2. I thought I was being punked.

Heather is a fantastic stylist and did a great job on my very specific haircut! She was friendly, listened well, and has a lot of experience to back it up. Definitely recommend!

My son a d I went in on Thursday January 25th in the afternoon around 4 unfortunately they never gave us their names but the one that cut my son's hair was helpful. My stylist well let's just say I have to go spend more money to have it fixed.
