After of a couple of years going for a cut to this location, I can say that either I'm a lucky or Everyone there is Good chauffeur! Great place,awesome environment!

I been cutting there almost every month.Most ladies are useless .They don’t ask how customers exactly want and just cut it everything using guard (it means lazy to cut hair )and not worth it.Even she said “Confused about notes ‘ so why don’t you ask clearly or photo of the customer? What is certificate for? Real useless ☕️

Horrible customer service. Employees or friends and family of employees must be leaving the good reviews for this place. Tried to give it another chance in a pinch. Will never be back. They will respond and say oh reach out we want to make it right. They NEVER answer or get back to you. Just want to look good online. Go anywhere but here.

Easy in, easy out. Nothing fancy, at least in my case. The reason why I don't give 5 stars are the predefined tip options starting at 25% and before I knew it, I had tipped 35%. I really don't like those auto tips.

I like to get a simple, blunt trim every 8 weeks so I like to go to a place that only charges $20. Great clips is easy to check in to, a good price, and they do a fine job. The cut is quick and the stylists are friendly. I highly recommend checking in on the wait list on your phone before going there so you don’t have to wait!

Quick service, got the haircut I wanted. Not at first but seeing my facial displeasure, it was corrected. People just need to pay attention when getting a haircut to make sure they are getting what they want.

Every time I come in when it texts me they skip me. My name was the first name on the list and the lady looked right at me and called the next person after me. I really don't understand...then when I asked why they skipped me they just ignored me and said "we will get you next"

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Will NEVER be back. My daughter and I left here uncomfortable and frightened. We came for a haircut, and the man working had a meltdown over a question I asked. Her hair was wavy. I asked him to get it wet before he cut it. He went into a rant about how he is experienced and knows what he is doing. Then, he told us he wasn't going to cut my 7 year olds hair. I looked at his other employees for guidance on what was happening and their eyes were wide. We left and went to FANTASTIC SAMS, where there was good energy and great customer service. UPDATE: Reached out, no response.

So pleased with my experience today! Sarah did an AMAZING miracle with what was a very gone wrong late night fight had with a pair of dull junk drawer scissors LOL. Loving my new pixie and will be coming back for sure!👍👍
