I require a haircut every 3 to 4 weeks since I’m in the military and I have a standard haircut that I always get, but they have so many different people that are always in their giving different haircuts even though I show a picture of the exact haircut I want this last time the girl nearly cut all my hair off. All I have is a ridiculous looking little bottle cap on the top of my head looks absolutely ridiculous. The manager asked me if I wanted to come back and get it fixed. I mean, how do you come back and grow hair the next day. I understand it’s what you pay for but still they should have Professional haircutters that are supposed to know what they’re doing.

We took my son in for his very first haircut, and wow, what an amazing experience! Brandon was our stylist, and we are beyond grateful for how fantastic the haircut turned out and how incredible he was with my son! I absolutely recommend Brandon for everyone—adults and kids! You won't be disappointed!

DIANA has been my GO-TO-GAL for many years. She is painstaking in her attention and very chatty/pleasant/FUN. Checking in via the app is a plus EXCEPT for first thing in the morning as it takes five minutes after opening to be able to sign in. I miss the punchcards that earned a free cut. Prices are no longer a bargain as they used to be but Tuesday is discounted for seniors. Military gets a discount too. Download the app!

My daughter and I have been going to Great Clips for years. Now, my granddaughter goes there. She is 2 yrs old and my daughter took her there for her first haircut. We've never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and always very knowledgeable! They also keep some basic records of what tools they may have used on your hair previously. The price is very reasonable as well. We go to the Shoppes at the Royale location in St. Petersburg, FL.

I’m really disappointed and upset. I came in on my daily off to get a haircut. Last time I was here I was attended by another lady. Today I had Sheryl. She literally rushed through my hair took less then 5 minutes and was ready to be done. None of the things that I asked for were done. Last time they left notes because I was so happy with the results. I left and I gave her no tip. Because if you are not willing to do the work why even show up. Hair is a beauty service. I don’t want to be rushed out of a chair. I want to pay for what I ask for. She laughed cause she thinks is funny. My time and money is not funny.
